Need help circulating a 5x20

I have a 10k AC cooling a 5x20 room that has approximately a 5x5 space poly'd from ceiling to floor. I sealed everything but the bottom of the poly'd part. I currently have a 4" sucking air from the 15x5 which is the part of the room with the AC into the 5x5 area that is poly'd off. Is this the correct way to circulate my cold air? I currently have the AC set on 70F but the poly'd off area is sitting at around 85F. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Got it down to 81 with the AC on 70 with a 6" fan setup to suck air from the enclosed area into the larger area where the AC is. I'm going to investigate this further. Still looking for better ideas.

long rooms can pose probs, especially with mini splits,
how many watts are you running? sealed w/Co2?
whats in the x5x5 poly room?
with the ac(is it a mini/ split or wall unit?) at one end and the poly'd off area at the end of the run you'll need a good sized fan on the poly section to circulate the air in and out of that area.
another, my 14 x20ft room with a 32,500btu has 5-7 degree differnece at the far end of the run.
i used fans under the ac head to help push the cold air to the back but still it was warmer at the back of the 20ft run, better but warmer.
its a fact you have to deal with.
things you can do, get a bigger AC or add another, i added another at the far end i am within 1 degree win room temp to thermostat set point.
the way i see it you'll have to juggle intake/outake sizes of the fans on the poly area regardless.
if your AC is a std. split unit you can run duct to the far end of the room.
