I've heard good things about no pest strips, i've used them for another pest and had great success. Might be worth a click on the search button.

I noticed Ed Rosenthal's : Zero Tolerance gave a slight 'burn' to my flowers, but not the leaves.

The hairs have turned from thick white pistils into skinny orange pistils.

Does anyone have experience with Organoicide?

Thanks Zach,

any experience with Floramite and flowering?

I would guess that keeping floramite from the buds would be best? Try and get leafs only?

avid targets eggs, floromite(also a systemic) targets flys, and forbid kills both.
the doctordoom is junk, the sm90 is junk and isopropyl?? are u kidding? thats going to disolve your resin...moron... why would u want to sray all that crap on there anyway....
for how much all that gunk costs get forbid and save urself agony, missery, and utter dissapointment.

TORQUE by [Talstar in Spain] kills all mites and eggs in one application, nothing else I have ever heard of does. Nasty stuff, use in veg only, wear full skin/breathing protection.

Use wetting agent or you are pissing into the wind, obviously. Spray a leaf with plain water, look at the lovely drops running off, then add wetting agent [detergent, soap] and spray, look at the uniform wet leaf with no droplets running around, just 100% glistening wetness. Now imagine you are a spider mite.

Also, understand the spider mites life cycle, heat speeds them up, cold really slows them down, IMO it is probably too late to save your crop from a spanking, but it will be far less if say you got your temps down 10 degrees. Likewise, a common mistake is turning off the room off between crops, so it is nice and cool for their holiday, the mites just stay dormant & magically show up again like clockwork next time you grow, regardless of what rubbish you spray/scrub etc. Keep the lights on, fans off and give them a sacrificial lamb to feast on before you mercilessly kill them all with that Torque stuff I was on about.

we spray the room with it prior to the grow, then the plants a week or so into veg, then about 2 weeks later, and usually a 3rd time in the 1st or 2nd week of 12/12.

would not spray the buds when flowering...

You could try Amblyseius cucumeris or Amblyseius swirskii. Both will feed on spider mites and breed as long as they're alive. So as long as you have the spider mites, you will have the Amblyseius'.

Both thrive in moist(65%+) environments. which we usually have in our grow rooms, but spider mites prefer dry environments. So I think this would work for you, if you have tried everything else there is. A. swirskii is more efficient than cucumeris, but more expensive. Both species also feed on thrips and some other pests.

Im waiting for FORBID 4F, 25$ bottle on ebay

I purchased some AzaMax (azatrol) at my local Hydro store. Hopefully this will put a small dent in the population until the FORBID arrives.

I did noticed that Ed Rosenthal's Zero Tolerance worked somewhat on a few plants, but some survivors on a few other plants.
