Hi IC family
Let's grow cannabis.
Greetings from my new landing spot. After a couple years out of growing due to a relocation to a new state and the birth of a kiddo, I've broken out the seed storage & gotten my hands dirty again in some soil. I've have turned a few harvests over and got the tent dialed in (mostly).
Where I now live, relative to where I came from in California, the medical market sucks. It is the worst embodiment of capitalist medicine. Same cuts in every shop, badly grown, and an overpriced market. So to get wife the rec and medical cannabis she wants, here we are again.
But mostly, I miss growing my girls and sharing with people the cool plants I find. I dont have many grower friends here.
The immediate grow goals are to find some decent mothers to throw into regular rotation while I continue to explore my too large seed catalog. Long term is to find some plants with excellent effect and qualities and line bread or cross to meet my environmental conditions, as well hold a seed lot as reserves of said acclimatized lines.
Right now though, just popping small seed lots and flowering promising plants.
Currently flowering:
Nevils haze mango
Nevils haze mango #11 selection X golden tiger (meao Thai x old killer malawi)
Virgin purple (pure kush x purple eurkle) x Nevils Haze Mango
Connoisseur cookies
I really have found a couple traits I like in the nevils haze mango strain as a whole and have been growing it out for a long time to find a good representative of the combined traits. The NHM #11 was a cut that resulted from selection of this MNS strain, it has the growth structure, smell and effect, and the only detriment was its excessive airy buds. The cut was lost in my move, and these seeds are the last of her genetics. I have the same cross with open pollination as well with same GT male and many NHM females..
My upcoming (outdoor) plans include:
Balochistan
Mexican Jarilla
Highland Guerrero x Blueberry
Some drought resistant plants that I hope suit this climate. First outdoor grow in many years, now legal here.
Future indoor plans
SSSDH selection (mothers/fathers)
American Sativas selections (mothers, Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, Mexicans)
Golden tiger selections(All 3 generations)
Central America crosses
Haze crosses (Seedsman, Ace, Bro grim, Bodhi, Mr nice)
Bodhi seeds preservations
...more
Thanks for stopping in
