Almost stepped on and fell into Dan Akroyd in a liquor store while he was signing autographs at a table. Couldn't figure out what the deal was with all the people clogging up the way to my favourite beer cooler. Bastard was set up right infront of it.

famous how what more famous than me?

fuck the whole concept of celebrity, useless, but catharsis:

depends where you are. out of h.s. i drove a shuttle van for a hotel in tucson. was it heather locklear who dated tommy lee? drove her out to the rehab he was`at, iirc she told me i should smile more or be friendlier.

remember the baseball teams that used to stay there. i had an earring and a british accent, some of them thought that meant they could treat me like shit. (some of them stood up for me vs. teammates)

well fasten your seatbelts boys because you're going to remember this van ride.

tip fucken hat bro

That's funny I have an old friend who also met Flea in Vegas, long time ago 15 years of so

I was standing outside San Fran airport smoking a CIG and a dude comes up and asked for a smoke. I told him to get lost. He said he would give me a fifty for a CIG. Ok dude here ya go. He lights it with a gold zippo and stands there. A limo pulls up and he says need a lift? Said nah waiting on a plane. He takes off. Saw him in the movies after that, Ryan Philippe (sp) guess he married Reese Witherspoon.

I don't really care about famous folks. Met lots of musicians, race car drivers, actors. They all just normal people. Samual Jackson was bad ass cool, really wish I wasn't in a hurry I would have hung with that dude.

I was playing poker in Vegas once and Flea was at my table. I think I was the only one who knew who he was. He won and left, guy says to me that punk kid just robbed us. Said that punk kid is one of the best bassist there are. Guy was floored that was Flea. Lol. Flea was nicest guy you wanna meet, bought drinks for us and after we left found out he left 500 on his tab for us to drink on.

Met Joey Ramone, saw a five night run, he was a wonky dude but super cool.

As was Rob Zombie.

Cool thread!

almost forgot, I worked at a very high end exotic car dealership from 04-09. I used to see sergi federov, steve yzerman, + 90% of the wings, tigers, lions players. they all bought cars from us.

had federov sign a bobble head of him from the last wings championship. after he sold us out and left, I sold it for 900.00 :) I don't like sell-outs.

when I was in college my roommate was Chris Shea. He was the voice of linus in most of the early Peanuts. When he talked he still sounded the same. He did a couple Adam 12 episodes. his brother Eric was the little boy that live all the way through the original posidion adventure.

Emmy Lou Harris was the first person to get me stoned. When I was a kid, I was a bus boy at Mr Henry’s bar in the District. She sang there before she was popular, just her, no band. She took me home one night after work and she did offer me cannabis. I did not tell her that I had smoked before, but that I had not been able to get high. She smoked the first bowl with me. The second and third I smoked by myself. In thinking about it, I am not sure that she took me home just to burn up her pot, but that was what happened. It had just rained, and the lights at night in the rain with the cannabis made for a magical effect as I walked home.

Harry Morgan? Nice, too bad about his attitude though. One of the few nerds my age that watches that show.

I went to the Australian Open tennis once and saw a lot of semi famous people, sports people not really 'celebrities'........

Shane Warne the cricketer was walking around asking people for a lighter so he could puff down a smoke before he went into the stadium.

He looked like a desperate hobo but dressed like a metrosexual, weird.

Puffed with too many to list and they wouldn't appreciate it anyways ;) mostly music people and some actors.

There's a band called Wolfpac. I remember lighting up a blunt backstage with a buddy, and they nearly shit. What's funny is, they advertise their self as some kind of wild party band. One of the only bands I met that don't smoke weed. Or didn't back then.

Can't say where, but I stayed at a hotel that henry winkler was at, maybe 4-5 years ago. We were standing next to him, but I had no idea who he was until someone else on the street told me about it.

A friend of mine sat next to William H Macy on an airplane about ten years ago. He said "I don't know about you, but I'm getting the pretzels." haha swear to god.
LMAO I don't know why, but that's hilarious

Also...
I wonder how many of us have met the same people who are not famous? That would be weird. I bet it's higher than you'd imagine.
