Name thsee deficiencies

There are others with way more experience, BUT I think I would flush it.... If you think they've been over fed. Maybe give them a week or two and start feeding at about 1/2 recommended dose and increase slowly if they respond well. I've only been growing a couple years but have also only used F.F.O.F. It will make a big difference after a few grows and you are more in tune with your set up!

The advice is once again much appreciated P.P.
I already asked someone else but they have yet to respond so I'll ask you. To oversimplify here but to flush a plant I just run balanced water through the entire pot till the water turns clear?

I'm not 100 percent, but I believe that works. I've read something about making sure a percentage of the water you put in comes out but can't remember the number. 30 percent maybe? Really hope the other person gets back to you. Regardless it would be wise to make sure your medium dries up a bit, like dry up to your first knuckle, before watering again. I haven't run into having to flush myself so I unfortunately don't have first hand knowledge. I'm pulling for you and your plants.

I agree with a flush. There is "food" in the soil and feeding that much early on is excessive. Around 3-4 times the volume of the pot is good (water).
It should run clear towards the end.
Remember plants are adapted to low nutrients (nature). They can perform fairly well in fact. But overfeeding/salt buildup is un natural and hurts them.
I would go less than 1/2 strength maybe 1/4. Until you notice good new growth.
Good luck!
