i measured my tap water with the EC meter, then i placed the info at:

http://www.lenntech.com/unit-conversion-calculator/tds_engels.htm


its suposed to be a converter...i put the microsiemens and it gives me the ec ppm and such....i read on meter 280...it gave me 0.28


hmm the EC meter only reads micro siemens...no way to turn it into ppm :S
i dont know the brand...it has a W inside a drop of water :S srry

im only having root growth atm...i dont see new leafs since i cloned them lol....but some of them are lacking N like you said...

reader giving 730 atm, can i add 2 or 3 ml of grow to the whole reservoir(25 liters), or leave it like this?

i forgot to say, i got some leafs curled inwards like this...

what i gotta do to make them get normal again?they all green....just curled inwards...i tought they would be normal after i changed the res....

Ok, so you only got root grow stimulator added? That is where your burning is coming from and the lockout of nutrients and considering the fact there is no added nutrients in there.

Yes, add some nutrients, but REMOVE the root stimulator for now until they recover, and when you add it again add a small amount and work your way back up.

You want to try to save those leaves cause if they all die the clone will die.
your amounts is 2 ml per 4 liters of water correct?

Want to ensure we are getting the same measurements

2ml per 5 liters...which in here is a filled up big botlle of water

atm i got no root stimulator, only the basic nutes, grow micro and bloom...

the ph has been kept from 5.5 to 6.3

EC atm is 790, after i added to the reservoir 7.5ml grow to the whole reservoir (30 liters)
3ml micro " " " "
2.5ml bloom " " " "
also added 6 liters of water to reservoir...

i still have nitrogen deficiencie in most of them...thats why i added so much grow formula....the nitrogen leafs recover right??

on the other hand those beje patches still are appearing...what is it??i give them more pesticide???

BEcause you used mroe root stimulator than anything else the plant was feeding off it's stored nutrients which is why you get the tan stuff you are talking about.

So let's see how or if they perk up, hopefully they will and the damaged leaves are not as damaged so the plant can live.

hmm they seem to be better, though a lil bit burned, maybe cause the ec rised during the night to 900...

ph went to 6.5 but im correcting it...

the nitrogen deficiency, remains, althought the one with the curled leafs, has straightened his leafs and is now normal...but the nitrogen doesnt seem to be getting through :S...probably it just takes a few days until the afected leafs recover right?

i also added some clay balls to the net pots in order the roots to fall into there instead of going right away after the water, as i would like to make the root system as big as i can before the roots touch the water in the reservoir.

i put this info here as it may account for anything...since i changed the reservoir the total amounts added to the system were:
changed in the 26/2/08:
30 liters:18.5grow formula (0,6 per liter)
11ml micro formula(0.36 per liter)
10.5ml bloom formula(0.35 per liter)

btw when will they start beeing normal plants???

they not growing...they look like shit...and ive been doding everything right for a few days right???is this just a shitty result from shitty seeds???( i got them from a seed bank...50 euros for 4 seeds :S)

my last time i had plants like i see in the forums...how long will it take for these ones to get in the same shape??^:S

What are they looking like now?

They need time to recover, are you checking ther pH and TDS 2 times a day? When you have a problem, when you add nutrients like that you need to know what is rising, either the pH is rising, you want the pH to rise, this is due to them removing nutrients from the water. If it decreases, the nutrient solution is too high and you must add more water or flush and replace add less nutrients.

When you gert on track you won't need to test 2 times a day.

Did the seeds have striping on them when you got them?

i had to make new clones, and put the other ones on soil in order to get some buds for the summer out of them...
they started to get really ugly, now that i cleaned the reservoir, i think it may have been brown algae, the bottom of the reservoir was very brown, but then again i added clay balls and those really free some brown junk as well...but some of the junk seemed more organic...and i think i read somewhere brown algae starves your plants to death...and the inside of the vortexmotor was filled with that junk :S
