My TFD PP buds

I had 2 Flying Dutchman's Pineapple Punch...I had to chop one early due to some serious lockout issues.....but the buds still look pretty damn good for being immature.
Here are some pictures of the one I have left which is still one healthy bugger. There is some purple calyx's but they are hard to see in the photos....I can tell this will be some fairly colorful bud when finished.
These pics are of a sativa heavily piney skunky pheno.

Yo man, nice buds! What happened to all your leaves?? By "lockout" do you mean PH problems, cuz that'll definitely mess up your plants. Looks like you got a lot of resin there but i think theyd be fatter if they had more fan leaves. Anyways they look mighty tasty. Cant wait to pop my TFD seeds, seems like they do good work.

yeah I think it was lockout because the one I had to chop lost ALL leaves and it also completely stopped drinking water..then started to dry out. These plants are some picky bastards because they went from looking totally healty with all leaves to shit because of 1 time overferting. I did not even give it a full strength nute dose....I just bumped it up too much at one time I guess.
But yeah also the stem on the sick plnat turned TOTALLY RED...like a deep burgundy and I could tell that bitch was getting choked off hard.
This other plant is still growing fine but yes it did take some fan leaf damage from the nute dose....but it is still packing on weight fine. The smell is "PINE" straight up...instantly recognizable and also a skunky.
I added plenty of dolomite lime and have tested my pH and it was fine.....was definitely nute burn.
I need to grow a few more times before I fuck with sativas again.....picky bitches!!!!

Yo Botany,
What kind of nutes were you using? I find I have luck when using MAX half strength, all organics. Usually I alternate between Earth Juice and Pure Blend Pro. Using Guano is also great b/c the plants love it and it is pretty tough to burn them. Try searching "Fertilzing" or "guano" there are some really good threads here. And dont give up on the Sativas, they are true Gems. Maybe go with some sort of hybrid to start?

smells more piney/skunky right now......but VERY dank smelling.....great smell!!!
The one I had to chop down was more sweet like pineapples and it is still looking good for being immature (I'll post pics soon)...it had more frost too.....but the one in my pics is really packing on weight now.
My nutes are BioBizz Bloom @ 1/2 Tsp/Gal.......nute dose that burned plants was like 1 Tsp per gallon!!!
I also use Topmax and B'cuzz Bloom.

here's the dried buds from the plant I chopped early....how does it look for pre-mature buds??
The smell is like super sugary pine.....I can see it curing into some supersweet dank!!
