ok so things have changed and this my second grow may just may be my last for a lil bit .. so ive had to try and go big time lol... all six of those clones and new bean are in one 10 gal container and i put 6 of the new caroline x jessica seeds into the other 10 gal container used regular potting soil but lightened it up in layers with peralite and verm.... decided kick the temp problems ass with a spare window ac unit i had will post most up to date pics of planted plants tomorrow

so about the humidity in there where im drying my first harvest its been between 45% and 60% mostly towards sixty cuz its so humid and hot out almost 100F at 85%... so is 60% to high? its probibly closer to like 65F where they are (getting blown on by the ac and a fan) and its dark 95% of the time... what yall think?

YO BRO!!! great shit! Seriously wicked job dude! I have some good and some ok comments so I hope you don't mind...First off, I love the way you name your seeds haha! Second fantastic job with those clones man! I love the box as well, easy and super killer! That different spectrum look you got there, with the red and blue lights is so awesome you really did some work I can tell. My only bad comment would be you harvested to early! I bet you already knew that though, maybe that's even your preference? Who knows, but I just wanted to say I bet you could have grown those out for a few more weeks.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that you wanted to harvest early and get your second grow up NOW? haha if that's the case then **** yea! My buddy INDO juuust did the same thing. He had seeds, took clones, onlny flowered his first batch for a little while and got some premie looking buds to say the least. I really don't wanna bag, but I don't think I am, cuz like I said he wanted to harvest early cuz he knew his second grow would be DANK! Looks like your going in this direction, so again, **** YEA!!! haha can't wait to see this new grow great job man, PEACE

hey lil update 2 of the clones have grown a new set of nodes the others appear to be catching up the seeds are about to pop up i can see one and its just starting to lift itself up.... buds dring nicely maybe one of two days till they go in jars... pics as soon as the beans pop up

hey guys about to head off to my school year job and see when they want me back but figured id post a quick update since i dont wana be high when i go haha... anything things are alright smoke report on caroline is i def harvested too early high lasts maybe an hour and is by no means spectacular but to my suprise very 'clean' no real couch lock i only seem to want to go outside when i smoke it!... i think if i let her clones go all the way i might just get suprised ... the new bean is growing quick so im happy there... out of the 6 jessica v caroline seeds planted only one has sprouted so far ... lets hope for more...

Congrats on your harvest, I could kind of tell just by the size and fullness of the buds that they were going to be weak. You pretty much have to give them the 8 weeks if not more to get the primo bud.
I am leaving the plant I have outside until all the trics are amber and the three new strains I have growing right now I will be leaving about the same length of time, I am looking at 9 weeks most likely before I harvest. Not including the 4 weeks or so of veg.

But I think you probably already know, that you have to leave them a bit longer

Hey OZ welcome brother! awesome set up bro!but I'd steer away from all those fert spikes and miracle grow products! I thought of doing the same thing for my first grow but learned it wasnt for growing cannabis. I'd deff pay a visit to the the organic growers thread and find a liquid fert line that wil suite your cannabis grows. i recomend EJ(earthJuice), i dont have much exerpeicne with it but people get great results! You got an awesome box set up, you need to use it to its full potential! Miracle grow and fert spikes wont help you do that lol! Some nice looking budds tho, if you can get budds like that with miracle grow just think of what kind of stuff you can get with earth juice or foxfarm! somer killer Kind! best of luck and wishes OZ! much love from pc!

hey guys sorry its been a while since ive been around... just the typical boring plants growin.... switched to 12 12 a week ago tomorrow... also swapped one of the 6700k 1600 lumen with a 4700k 2400 lumen....

the clones are starting to show small bud sights already and i can tell esp. on the clones the growth spirt has just set it and im having to trim every other day.... also started a little lst on a few of the plants to reduce the crowding in the left bucket... sadly only 2 of the JvC seeds took but i talked to a couple of real (like food crop) farmers i know and when they sow their seeds they do 3 to a hole so i guess thats kinda average plus those seeds were right off the plant so who knows.... *toke break*..... alright 2 rips of the gb and back to work here

im trying to keep it ultra low budget so far excluding the cost of the box this grow has costed a little over 20 dollars lol

Plants are looking good, how far do you have your lights away from the plants?
From the pics it looks kinda far.
If you can try and bend the stalks even more, get them down 90 degrees, forces all the other buds on that stem to grow upwards.

id say the plants are maybe 20" from the lights should i put the plants on something?also been having a little problem with knats or very tiny flies but just started using a neem oil 1% spray today and from what i read that stuffs good also watered today about a gallon across all the plants i also have a plexi glass sheet to go just below the lights u can see the supports in the pictures of my lights above should i put that in?

I would try to get the light about 12 inches from the plants, keeps them bushier, reduces stretch. I have had a few gnats here and there, they have never really caused me any issues at all, other be annoying.

dog- gottem within 7 inches or so by sittin them on some old 3 gal plastic pots i had pics tomorrow cuz its night now... temp 'feels' good up to one inch to the lights so i think thats good
