Looking frosty bud, nice.

I was wondering if you were using a Boron supplement at all? I know kelp and some others have Boron in them but do you add anything such as Borax or TM-7 or any other big 7 micronuitrient?

Thanks mate, Your pictures in the ROLS Thread looking great! I don't have a specific Boron supplement no, But I do use Kelp atleast 2 x a week, maybe even 3 or 4 some weeks. They get watered everyday pretty much although that has slowed down the last few days they arent drinking as much. Why do you ask? Do you see a boron deficiency or something? I wouldn't know what one looks like lol Peace!

When do you chop?

Timbuktu

Between 2 and 4 weeks 2 on the sk1 and 3 or 4 on the others.. Rough guess tho will go by the trichs

The reason why I ask is this plant shows B def. Notice the bronzing of the fans in the first picture and the over all pale appearance, this is B IMHO.

I noticed it on some of my plants before mainly the AO that grew big and fast. C-ray brought it up to me and it is some thing I have pondered in a living soil situation. Under his recomondation he say 2-3 grams Borax per 100 gal of soil every two months. Bond with humics and water in. You can do split applications.

What I do now is 1 gram borax per 6 gal water with 1 1/2 tsp Ful-humics. water into about 60 - 75 gal, I do this every 2 weeks.

I Do this when I go into flower with 1 cup Cal phos bubbled 24 hours and 2 weeks in and then no cal phos.

Hugh Lovel has done 30 years or research on B and its effects on plant health. B makes sap pressure which move everything.

Hope this helps.

When I stared B the ball game changed plants are much happier, lusher green and much more aromatic.

Also you saying they are drinking less. I have found my plants that are about done are drinking a little faster if not the same as everyone else. That is just from my experience.

I had thought I seen a Boron def in those pics too!!! Sure that ain't a boron def bro? :moon:

From Wiki
Boron (B) deficiency is the most widespread micronutrient deficiency around the world and causes large losses in crop production both quantitatively and qualitatively.[1] Boron deficiency affects vegetative and reproductive growth of plants resulting in inhibition of cell expansion, death of meristem and reduced fertility.[2]
