Cheese

Little poison and a skunk

My tie down job on the tall hawaiians

An odd layout of heights. We will make it work. At least they are getting healthy. Slowly but surely.

The hawaiians have started bud sets. A good amount of sites. The skunks are looking much better and starting to form up bud sites. Cheese is the smallest but has grown a couple of inches the last couple of days.

I hate these 5 gallon bags. Should have stayed with the same type I had been using.

Weird thing about night grows, I don't spend as much time as I would like to going over each one. Hope to rotate them tonight and update the photos.

Next grow note: Chunky perlite D Rock had a great soil mix, and I am sure if I had a good mix of that chucky perlite in my soil, I wouldn't have had the troubles I have had.

Some of that is bad lighting for pictures on my part. But the sick girls are doing better and better. Good advice from the folks here. Thanks.

Looking good T5 ! You're growing out a few different strains, instead of just Northern Lights, just like I'm doing also for my current grow. Variety is nice.

Why is the cheese called cheese ? Does it smell like cheese or something ?

Cheese -greenhead your pulling my chain. I thought you grew some cheese. Always a thread going on somewhere about Cheese. It smells incredible and the taste is incredible. All kinds of stories around it, has quite a history. Just search the site.

The deal is true cheese is in clone form only and getting in a legal state is even tough. But in my area the demand has gone down so you can buy cheese anytime. Flooded the market I guess. And I met one of the growers who gave me a clone. Everyone swears it is the real deal so that is why I would really not like to kill it. She is actually growing again so things are looking up.

Thanks for checking out my grow. How is your Jedi doing?? I tried growing it once and I totally sucked.

No, I hadn't grown out Cheese before. The only thing I've grown out besides Northern Lights is a bagseed prior to that, so my experience with different strains is obviously very limited.

I hadn't heard about that before, that the true cheese is only in clone form. I wonder why those would be different than seeds coming from them. As for my current grow, I just started germing, so a bit too early to tell yet, lol.

Good luck with the rest of your grow, looking nice.

For some reason I thought you did some cheese work. Well you need to check cheese out.

Thanks and enjoy your Northern Lights. We have enjoyed ours. It is a great plant to grow.

Closing Diary This one is not going to be pretty

Closing Diary This one is not going to be pretty

I am going to close out the journel on this grow as things have taken another bad turn. I am sure my plants dont know what planet they are on.
I switched my light cycle so they were on during the night. Great strategy in dealing with the cold. But the other night I lost power. Then it was getting temporary power and limited. Then lose it for 6 hours then start to get power going again and then blow another standby another 6 hours. Then got the mains back on line finally. But it is in the beginning of a dark cycle.

Now getting flash floods so I cant even get to the room.

I think that this is just one of those grows. I plan to go out and just randomly start a new 12 12 cycle later today. I am going to just let it go and see what happens. The power supply seems to be holding up and the backup seems to be working again. I can probably water them today and then they are on autopilot.

I am sure they will keep growing and I will get something out of it but these girls just got 36 hours of very weird light cycles. Stress city. And they are going to be isolated until the flood waters go down. Actually very interested in what I will find on my return. Keep my fingers crossed the generators work.

This grow is turning into a freak show so I am not taking any more notes or pictures. But I learned a lot of things for sure. Thanks to everyone.

Bottom line is that the seeds I bought from out Sponsor did arrive safely. All of the paid for seeds popped. Some of the free seeds popped. The female ratio on the Hawaii x was excellent 90%. The Super Skunk was 40% female, luck of the draw. Under better conditions, these would have grown very well. I would buy seeds again.
