um ya you have preflowers... you may need to look into a 150 or 250 hps for better coverage, if that is a strtchy plant, its going to need byond flos to flower it right... unless you have a sattellite but thats a whole other story...

ok well 3 of them are females because they are growing those small white hairs, and the other two are males. (one died off :( ) the males have been moved to a sperate growing area.

so the next step is to start 12/12. sticking with floros is a bad idea?

why do you wanna keep male plants? using somthing better then the fluro's would be good. a small 150 or 250 hps would be optimum....

you wanna go 12/12 after they have matures for about 6 weeks in veg.

They are gonna be extremely streachy and not so kynd because of the fluro treatment.

I couldn't find 2-1-2 or 20 20 20. I bought 18-18-21. it's used for tomatos. and it has all of the elements including the micros sproutco listed. will that be sufficiant?

how much should i be adding in the water?
Just guessing use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water. Be sure to include the powdered gypsum and epsom salts to make the solution complete. I gave you directions for this before. Adjust fert water ph after mixing to 6. Its really not hard to do these things once you get the hang of it.

thanks for the help guys. 12/12 has been goin on for 2 days now. they are still on the same watering schedule (now with the 18/18/18 tomato feed). couldnt get HPS or MG or MH lights because home depot doesnt carry the ballasts for them. so went with 65 wat CFLs bright white (used to have 26 wat soft white) which are equivilant to 100 wat condesant.

the first plant was synged pretty badly near the top. i hope it will be able to recover. haven't really seen much in the way of flowers though. just hopin for the best right now

yea...you do gotta understand...that growing with a fluro..means the plants are gonna streach because they always are gonna wany more light....and flowering is not going to yeild much with fluro....the whole idea is to get as close to as natural light as possable.

Well they have been on 12/12 since saturday but I don't see much change. The flowers aren't appearing. They also aren't growing as fast as they once did and the white hairs aren't getting much bigger.

THe plant is about 2ft high in a 1 gallon pot. the others are a few inches shorter have been feeding then 18/18/18 tomato food from miracle grow.i couldnt find any of the recomended products around town. each one gets about 350mL of water every 3 days

Lights: 1 42w cfl and 2 23w cfl

Did you try adding a little bit of gypsum and epsom salts to your fert water? Are you adjusting the fert water ph after mixing?
