Brilliant to hear you did an open pollination. I selected the best male and pollinated all four females. There are still 8 original Purple Afghan beans and of course all the ones I made and shared about, I kept a few back for future work and I have some seedlings a couple of weeks old now. Thankyou for making more seeds so this interestign genetic can be experienced by more folks.

I have much interest to grow Mirre beacuase the description is ... AWESOME!!!!. And with the canarian sun we can grow this monster of resine!!!

Hi Alfred Cannaria

The Mirre is a crossing of A Sage female selected in 2006. It grows in a sativa structure but produce's realy nice tight buds. The effect is on the heavy side. As for taste i think it is a litle hard to discribe, i always say it taste's like rain on a spring day.

The Father is the Jack Herer#22 this plant was selected out of 50 jack seeds and gives good offspring. It will make this crossing a heavy yielder for sure, and will also give it that lavley taste i love so mch from the jack herer. The effect off the jack is a more high effect then the sage. I think the combi will be verry pleasant to smoke.

PS. This crossing is still in test phase. I expect some difference in pheno's.

I am realy looking forward to see them grow and flower in your garden.

Great line up of strains you have Alfred, I'm really pleased to see you have the Purple Afghan lined up for outdorrs. I'm going to plant some PA clones outdoors myself this year (at 54N) so we shall see the difference between PA grown in wet, cold England and PA grown in lovely Spanish sun!

It´s time to actualize this thread...

This is Vietchunk ( my Vietnamese pure sativa x Deep Chunk very purple male).... the results

This is the fast pheno, very interesting beacuse the flowering time from the mum is around 20 weeks, and this Vc pheno only need 8 weeks to finish ( amazing)

The buds smells very very spicy!!, the smells in the smoking is very inciensed VERY HAZE, it´s look like a pure haze with littles touchs of grapefruit.

Only need around 11-12 weeks, but is more yielder than the fast pheno, and this pheno smells more hearthy than her sister.
