Interesting!!hey mate they look really nice! - you'll find they are naturally more leafy outdoor.
if you are waiting for amber then really keep a lookout for mould - they are very susceptable as soon as they are ripe as they are essentially dying off and most mould attacks dead tissue. if most of the trics are cloudy you may be best to not wait too much longer - depends on your conditions
its a tough call mate. wait as long as you can - snip off a test bud and try it when dry in a couple of days. best to take it a week early than lose loads of it to mold though. really depends on the strain. pick off any dead leaves etc as they appear. many people think that waiting for the trics to turn amber on a sativa can be a bit counter productive because with sativa you are looking for an 'up' high anyway
