Was just in Frisco a couple weeks ago. Funny story, there's two guys standing on some random corner in Frisco. Every time the cars pull up and stop at the red light, one of the guys takes a huge hit of hash and blows the smoke towards the traffic so everyone gets a nice whiff of the smoke. The other guy then proceeds to try and sell the people in traffic some of the hash. Anyways just after they blew a huge puff into the street a SFPD (San Francisco Police Department) squad car drives right by them.... not even giving them a second glance.
There are parts of Frisco where people smoke crack openly on the street and the cops ignore that too. There is to much real crime going on there for the cops to worry about non violent offenders.
I bet the guy gets off completely. Maybe he just donated to a club, and received 4g's back in donation and still had 3lbs left.
I heard of a guy getting caught with 20lbs, and 100k in cash, beating the case and getting both the 20lbs and the 100k returned to him.
