it is true that it will help the tops all grow at an even rate but it can cause uneeded stress to the plant while in flower, though it may not i have had good and bad results this way a few plants do the stress of the supercropping wen hermi on me so that is a possibility no matter what anyone says. so be cautious.

i meant "a few plants do to the stress of the supercropping went hermi on me , so that is a possibility unless u know how the plant or type will respond to this technique, so be cautious " sorry i have shitty grammer and such when baked as i was earlier when i posted that.lol

if you look through my gallery you'll see many pics where i bent the main tops and even side branchs over during flower. none ever hermi'd because of it alot get bent 2 times some even 3 lol them BBK's in now where bent 2 times
