So you think it was worth it? I have some lemon haze 4 weeks in should I try it? Does this work on stretchy plants with not to many leafs to begin with? Im kind of nervous to start cutting fan leafs off

yes i would be very scrupulus with a stretchy sativa especially that far into flower, but then again try one branch and see if there is noticible difference. i have a sativa bitch thats been stripping all through veg and 3 weeks into flower and beleive me she is pretty bare so i am a little nervous about her but we will see ......
done up proper! thanks for putting this up. i was on the fence about it but i think i will gove it a go. im switching back to active hydro and even after trimming they recover sooooo fast its like you never even touched em. thanks for showing us the light. this may not prove that defoliating is good for your plant or for yield but it pretty much tells me that if done right it sure as hell wont affect it negatively. i think time and side by side experimentation will show this is a solid tek!
