alright heres some pics there kinda shity but atleast u kinda get a picture of whats going on. i just got from a 2 day trip, and shes really starting to bloom. i think im gana order a hps along with those 105w cfl's, because i just got 1 of those credit card gift card . and will 150w hps really be enough for me?

im kind of worried that i might get a hermie because from what iv been reading hermies are caused from stress on the plant and ever since i repotted it shes been really unstable and on a limp and iv had a few light leaks but no t for very long. am i just paranoid or am i right? i plan on re-veging her and getting clones after i harvest and the last thing i want is a bunch of bad genetics.

nah i wouldnt be worried about the drooping at all, these things happen during repot, and it takes asec for the plant to reaclimatize, but she'll snap back propper and youll be fine to take cuttings after you reveg, i plan to reveg myself with my SSH. no worries bruh, your doin fine!!! keep up the good work and keep on searching for that HPS!!

and im pissed at you man!(lol), those are some damned nice lookin pipes but the pics were dark, anyway to get some light on them and then take the pics? me wanna see, me wanna see!! ive got a hellacious bottle of jack daniels andi hve been drinknig jack&coke lately. i dont know if its because of not taking a drink in so long or how badly i wanna turn that thing into a hookah!!!! lmao but damned if it wouldnt be perfect as a hookah though

a 150 hps should be good enough but 2 would be alot better :rasta:
youll be glad you used a HPS, i know i am. hps adds a ton of trichomes and beefs up the colas. been using one for the last few days as side lighting and noticed my lower branches have got way more frosty and the trichomes look bigger than the ones on the top colas, looks like peach fuzz kinda LOL.

repotting always makes them droopy so just give it time and theyll perk up when theyre ready. some stress and light leaks might cause a bit of herming but you can just pick the balls off.

thanks frankenblunt for the reply. i got a couple of picks on sunday when i took her out and u can actually see the pics. hey iriebowl does that light work good cause im thinking of buying it? and iv never seen a hps flood light

np about the post. the 150 should be a good one. usually 150hps come as flood or security lights. check sugabear_II sticky on how to remote ballast it. i think its the same basic design.

have to agree with teh "security light conversion" since its what i am using in my veg cab right now. and its not hard to do at all

sry i havened had a chance to update iv been in Mexico for the last 4 days and just got back yesterday lucky i had the chance to check on my plant today. she looks ****ing beautiful the cola's perking up nice and all of her flowers are turning out nice and perky. the leafs around the buds are nice and crystaly. the plant all around looks a lot healthier all the burnt leafs and sick leafs either fell off and healed and shes really starting to fill out nice : ). the only bad part is i took pics only to find out that my adapter is broken but i should be able to get up pics soon.

well i wanted to update today with pics but when i try to upload them its days that "uploading is temporarily disabled" so i guess i gota wait but anyway i found a hydro shop thats not that far from my house and i know they have lights there so im planning on checking it out today. i prob post tonight to show the pics and say what i got at the hydro shop

I've made the switch from CFL's to a 150w HPS, and there's no turning back.

Here's some Snow White's right before harvest under a 150 HPS...


I've got another pheno of Snow White under the 150 right now. These pics are are a week old, so she's blown up even more since.

wow panopticist those are some nice looking plants for only a 150w hps.

well i went to my local hydro shop today and its amazing they have everything i would ever need to grow in any type of way (for the most part). i met a lot of ppl and learned a lot of things. i was looking at a 250w hps light with reflector and ballast for like 180 and il prob pick that up after the holidays. today i got a 43w full spectrum cfl for when i revegy my plant. and then i also i got some rooting gel. also i forgot to mention i bought some bone meal and peat pots yesterday. so i fed my plant some bone meal today

and thats about it-as soon as the server gets updated il have those pics up

Did you mix the bone meal into the soil and transplant into it or did you just pour some on top and water?

Bone meal, a source of phosphorous, moves very slowly through the soil. Chances are, it won't make it down to your deepest roots. If you are going to feed with dry nutes, your best move is to mix them into some fresh soil, then transplant your ladies into that newly fertilized soil. That way there is an even mix of nutrients, ready for uptake.

my peats pots and bone meal


no panopticist i didint transplant or mix new soil in with my bone meal when i added it, i mixed it in about 4 inches deep in my pot with the soil that was already in there and then water on top of it.

hey greendream i was watchigng your thread and always saw your name and thought that maybe you disappeared, but here you are going strong!! thos e plants look really healthy, so keep up the good work and youll be a guru in no time

hey man your setup looks alot like mine, as i too am nnew to this site, and everyone seems real knowledgable here n what not...i too have a great looking mother plant, but it wasnt grown from seed ms.rhino is her name, i awnt to post a pic of her, but dont know how..was looking for feed back.....

update

time for an update im right around 5 weeks into flower.

shes filling in well. the only major problem that iv had is that it is currently and has been in regular shitty mg all purpose non organic. Im planing on mixing up a good soil mix soon, does anyone think transplanting her into new soil after i harvest and before i reveg (or will that cause to much shock?)? im thinking of mixing FFOF, FFLW, and maybe perlite and bone meal so it would be 3:1:1 or maybe just dropping the perlite and bone meal and going 3(OF):2(LW). what do u guess think. also how bad of an effect do u think the mg all purpose will have on my buds taste and quality wise? http://www.icmag.com/ic/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=1412794#
