My suspicions were correct. There WAS/IS a problem. Thrips.

What exactly is the Ozark F4? Also where did you get it from?

Ozark, or Ozark Pine Bud, is a local favorite in Kentucky. I was gifted seeds from a local and chose the best male and female, in order to make F1's. I proceeded in this same manner, selecting for indica leaning traits. The females were selected using moms that grew very thick main colas, were absolutely covered in trichomes. I am still trying to find the mother plant that will exemplify my wishes for the strain in order to create an IBL.

This was a Bubba Kush from seed. Both of them germinated in a timely manner. Both germinated the same day. A side by side shows the difference.

The skunk #1 has odd scents.
At first, it's very much like vanilla lotion. When the buds are messed with, it's a strong astringent/cleaner smell. Afterwards, the fingers smell a bit like play dough.
