pato...there is still a free chair...

I´ve noticed that my (and a few others) way of growing are different from what we see the most here. Most of u put out sexed plants.

I start with seeds in my window, then greenhouse before outside in the garden. No sexing. Normally that have given me "holes" in my grow, and everytime I discovered a male a nearly cried....

This year I´m happy whenever i find a male. That gives more space for the girls, and makes no holes.

For those of u who like a little statistics;

40 strains/100+ plants was transplanted to my backyard.
15-20 males have beed killed so far.

117 plants left. Until now I have identified 16 females.
50-60 males will be killed the next weeks....

Did that make sense..?

hello paddi,

wonderfull backyard you got there, good work to take care of all this plants, and to make them looks so happy.

For your statistics, yes that make sense as you are going to make a 60/40 (female / male ratio).

Wish you the best for this season Paddi, keep up the (really!) good work !

take care

ya paddi, thats a bitch that a pesky little bugger came and ate the top off that plant, but i had the same thing happen to 2 of mine a couple weeks ago and they are fine now. it's like i topped them on purpose. i wouldnt have been as sloppy as the bug was, but at least the plants didnt die. im sure yours will be fine as well.

Beautiful shots Paddi, the garden just keeps looking better and better, cant wait to watch these all flower out for you, going to have a mini lougrew garden with colas shooting up everywhere towards the eye in the sky. Looking forward to watching many of your strains put off beautiful colors come late season.

Good growing and happy smoking :joint:
