Hello Paddi,

I'm sorry to see & hear about the Royal Dane trying to "coup" your garden :dueling:

And what happened with the other plants turning 90°, very odd. I've never seen anything like that resulting from a bit more of sun :badday:

Nevertheless, remember that we're talking about a very sturdy herb, and I'm sure they'll pick up after this lil incident. I normally don't use sticks to help them, but let them find their own way. I'll only intervene if the stem is folded in such a way that the plants can't send nutrients from one side to the other.

40 strains! :yoinks: ... That's x4 times more that most c-shops in the Netherlands have in their menu, I bet that garden will smell SO nice once they get flowering :woohoo: I would even be concerned about your dogs getting "hash dreads" if they walk inside your canna jungle then, hehe

I'm impressed by the outdoor skills of the DK growers. Much respect! :joint:

You Pmix looks damn wild and fresh and soo great paddi :) i am also very interesting about Royal Dane x Heaven/erdPurt, interesting watch how trait for extreme earliness but not auto trait from RD will be transfered into this cross :)

Thanks Maffe...ddt.

I know. Silly Question. But not for me

Nevermind the bug.

As some of u know my plants arent sexed.
I´ve always only been looking for males...The rest were females

This year is the first time I´ve tried to look for premale flowers. And this one was the first I spotted.
And for sure it´s a Royal Dane

Hehe...in some ways I´m a noob..

Peace
Paddi

Hi Paddi, great looking plants, The bug could be a wingless aphid (greenfly), aphids are asexual, they dont need a mate to breed, every other generation is wingless. Not usually a problem with outside plants, but they can transmit viruse yellows, to sugar beet and cereal crops. Dont worry unless you get a little cluster of them, they look like blackfly clusters on broad beans. Just nip off the branch they are on. They feed on plant sugars in the sap. Not a problem in larger established plants. Ants eat them. Ladybirds love them, particularly ladybird larva.
Cheers fmz2

just one short admit: ants dont eat greenfly, actually they live in symbiosis and ants eat what are greefnly "shitting", its full of sugars. Ants carefully irritate greenfly and they know ants are "harvesting sugary apples" :D

Hello All

Paddi, good to see that your garden is picking up and the first fem pre flowers are appearing. Over here they have also started to pre-flower, but not all. From my experience it's related to the strain you're growing.

That pic of the LR#2 having sex, is in fact a 3-some, innit? :biglaugh: You DK people are SO kinky! :yummy: :kissass:

DDT & Farma, I know what you're taking about. In fact both are right, it just depends on the type of ants we're talking about. Some eat 'em other suck 'em... :bat:

I was thinking to grow some LR next year (outdoors) while the other plants get ready, but I understood that they where done in 8 weeks. In practice, is this the case? :chin:

Good & Green growing! :joint:

Thank u Browser for correction. Do u know which ants eat them and which suck them?
I mean is there some simple recognization between these ants or i have to be specialist for ID them?
Another great day for paddis garden :)
