I have not smoked much HP#1 to really answer it, but one time I bought a sack of HP#1 and Black Domina and I remember enjoying the BD more. That's why I have the BD and not the HP#1

But, if I could smoke more HP#1 I could give you a better answer

In early flower if you feed her right, she will grow like a beast forming her bud sites

....and what do you mean by that specifically? Just heavier nutes from the get-go? Think I might have to go back to soil for a min, they always look so damn healthy in soil. Great story about the Goat, woulda been great if JK coulda put that in his picture book.

BorisTheBlaze - All I use is Sunshine #4 with some added lime, Fox Farm Peace Of Mind Fruit and Flower, and lots of perlite. A few pages back I have my nutrient mix that I feed them. There is really no secret except love. If you love your plants, they will love you back. Don't restrict anything on them. Dont short them on light, fresh CO2, root space, etc. Give them what they want and even more so, give them what they need



aeric - Yes, feed them heavily in the beginning and give her lots of light. I had her once in lower light conditions and I too got the "too slow for veg" outcome that most Bubba Kush growers experience. This time, I vegged the hell out of her, for probably close to 50 days in a 2-gal container. Pulled her back to get some great growth from the main leads, and let her rip in flower. With Bubba Kush you can push her to the limits on food and she loves it. Since Bubba grows the way she does, I place her directly under the light for optimal performance. And I did tell JK my Golden Goat story...maybe he forgot


OGBluntman420 - I vegged her for 40 days max after clone rooted. Blowfish is a FAST plant. Vegges super fast and finishes in 58 days. I will have dry weight in a few days. I have already pulled 1/4 off early to get me by and it didn't even put a dent in the plant. Don't quote me , but my guess is 4+ oz

the BB plant looks like somethin to hold on to for a bit, maybe get those yields into somethin else thats not your BB you had a while back? the real purty one.

just wonderin, have you smoked any of the tangerine haze? wonderin what you think of that smoke, just for comparison, me and you. you like a more indica buzz right?

CBF - I am going to pitch this Blueberry. With my limited plant #'s I am no longer able to keep things that I dont' absolutely love. I have smoked the Tangerine Haze a few times, but it was smoked with way too many other strains for me to give a good assesment. Flavor was good though. It seems like most of my favorites are indica or mostly indica.

I like following your threads Mr. D. Your grow style reminds me alot of my techniques. Gettin fat buds but also maintaining perfect health. The best thing Ive learned about cannabis so far is that you need to really love yours plants to grow perfect ones. Like jerry always said "Make it better" Thats what its about in all of life "making it better". IMO. But the root of it all is LOVE. Thanks for circulating your wicked pics and your kind vibes.

Updates:

Abusive OG Kush on day 62. She is getting chopped tomorrow. I cant wait for her to cure out nicely because she is some A+ smoke for sure. Her buds are rock solid and they are heavy. It may not look like a heavy yield, but it is a deceiving strain as far as yield goes.

Next is Golden Goat on day 50. She has at least around another 25-30 days left on her. She smells too good

Hey Mr.Dank, That Abusive OG Kush is looking mighty fine .... she had really hardened up nicely and is covered with frost.. I have never had the plesure of smoking any kind of kush yet .. looking foward to the report.... How long do you usually cure b4 smoking ..i heard 4 months is a good quality cure.... That closet you got there is producing some top shelf buds...... keep up the amazing work......
