While we're on the topic of movies and stoners together...
Does anyone else get high high and start dissecting how the movie gets made? Lights, camera angles, how the actors position to the camera, bumps in the story arc, technical details in costumes, set.. etc.
Sometimes I think the hyper- awareness detracts from just going along with the story like you usually would.
Say like the D-Day part in Private Ryan. The 'Holy Shit' aspect gets subordinated to Hmm, I see how they did that...very well done.
Maybe if I rachet it up a bit closer to unconsciousness I can bypass the urge to eyeball everything too close.
Or lay off the zippity-do-dah sativas for movie watching.

really any scary or action fick. im a huge movie fan, but never go to the theatres. I have a 55" plasma tv (professionlly calibrated picture), and a 700 watt home theatre system (7.1 dts/hd)+ 500w powred sub.
