Someone just filled me in on a situation:

A landscaper went to purchase a large batch of tree seedlings. He took nine grand with him to make the purchase.

He flew. And paid cash for the plane ticket. The ticket agent saw he had a large amount of cash and turned him in.

The cops took his money.
he went trogh the airport and took the cash that was in an envolope and put in in the tray with his key the al of a sudden they broght out a drug dog which convenantly hit on his money they took it and said they were keeping it. and sais they didn't have to give a receipt for it because it was drug money funny most people don't know that 85% on the paper money in the usa at one time or another has touched drugs of diff kinds / 100.00 bull coke 20.00 coke ect i saw a study on that so most cash that everyone carrys has a drug of sorts on it :fsu:

1. watch all the nes adds all showing how EVIL and slow cash is,,

2. keep in mind they are despertly trying to CHIP our cash so you have "ownership" of it from when you get it to when you had it over to a store,, but you see if you now ahnd that off to someone they now have a link...or know where "your" cash was spent,,,

wake up folks the new naizs are here... soon anyone not spouting the politaical correct (supplied) words and having any cash or guns will be a criminal elemement and or a terrorist...

This general topic has been covered in this forum many times.

Federal civil asset forfeiture and seizure laws were reformed in the late 90s, specifically as a result of seizure and forfeiture being completely out of control. The -federal- reforms included supposedly necessitating that the seizure be linked to proven proceeds from criminal activity.

*Civil court, which is where the vast majority of seizure cases take place, requires, in theory, substantially less burden of proof than does criminal court; 'a preponderance of the evidence,' vs. 'proof beyond a reasonable doubt.' However, the (positive) reforms of the later 90s are supposed to be binding on this process.

Yes, the cops have sometimes stated, and the courts have sometimes ruled, that seized cash can be kept, despite no proven crime. The SCOTUS has yet to (recently) weigh in on this issue, and, I believe, this type of behavior by the fascisti has only been upheld in 2-3 appellate circuits.

The Pigs being permitted by corrupt or politically biased courts to engage in specific behaviors is -WAY- different than there being a law that supports their doing it.

And there is no law stating that a specific amount of cash in one's possession, while -inside- the country's borders, inherently constitutes a crime. None.

They're flying by the seat of their pants, and doing whatever the courts (and the Sheople) will permit the thieving bastards to get away with.

As I've written at least twenty times before, there are professions and regions in the U.S. where carrying large amounts of cash is routine; gold miners in Alaska often carry or possess large amounts of cash, commercial fishermen, jewelers anywhere in this country, small business owners, etc.

What this 'permission' by the court in this specific case amounts to, is to allow the Pigs to make subjective determinations as to who should have wealth, and who should not. Lotsa' power for a handful of testosterone-poisoned pin-heads to be wielding, no??

But I can just about guarantee you that the day that they start randomly seizing cash form persons in Alaska, particularly rural and coastal Alaska (where there are markedly fewer 'lemmings' and the People haven't learned to kowtow so readily to every unworthy command that they're given), whether they be stinky old fishermen in their soiled long-johns, auto mechanic shop owners in their grease-stained jump suits, jewelers with their brief cases, or the local country boy who everybody thought was supposed to be penniless, there'll be a dramatic increase in the number of widows and widowers of former public servants receiving neatly folded flags, following their customary 21 gun salutes..

Either take back your country from these bastards, or become accustomed to swallowing their shit. If you're staying, that's the two choices that I see. On the other hand, a person can always emmigrate, but the last I checked, the world seems to be freshly out of uncharted, unoccupied, unclaimed Islands.
