I think they need bigger pots, but i am not sure.

Should i wait with cutting clones untill these signs are gone?

do you spot any yellow leaves? plant needs watering every 2nd day or so? if so, you need to transplant! and its totally kewl to steal clones from it even if it shows pre flowers, it doesnt matter.

This is one of the reasons I just take clones from clones never keeping a mom,a lot of times the pistils are inevitable after awhile.I HATE pistilly clones in veg,and they dont make for the most viable clones after awhile,it'll just get worse. If I were in that position I would go towards the bottom of the plant and pull a cutting with no pistils for a new mom. When you flower out the pistilly cuttings, they will be fine probably, but believe me it'll get worse.Your best bet is to start a new mom or just do perpetual cloning

check out how your pistilly clones fair in flower

for me, these pistilly clones are more potent & yeild more than immature clones,
like whats already been siad: they lose a bit of vigour in veg
but more than make up for it in flower

i was thinking to throw them away also, this strain isnt a keepr for me anyway. they are also attacked by white flies. And very sensetive for mildew. They are HP13's.

Doesnt sound like anything you want to keep around for awhile.I've been through literally about a dozen strains in the last 4 or 5 years, mostly 150 dollar ones and after a couple sets of clones I always end of dropping them and looking elsewhere. The only strain I've kept for a couple years and will always keep is sister blockhead

i have a few very nice strains i wanna keep also (MF,FB,BOG,SSH) but i have 15 big mothers of these in which i did put a lot of work last 3 months. But i guess sometimes you just have to take the lost.

Just delete the moms and do a perpetual grow.Just veg out the pheno's you want to keep and the day you go 12/12,take 2 cuttings from near the bottom free from pistils for the next time around. You can do this literally forever as long as none of your cuts ever sees a 12/12 photoperiod.Always take you cuts before yopu go 12/12 and you can grow viable plants indefinately.EDIT I should have added to start this process off go towards the bottom of the mother plants to pull your first set of cuts. The reason I say to always take two is in case one doesnt make it you dont lose the pheno. The mothers have never been under a 12/12 photoperiod correct?

Trim the roots and repot like shown in the Bonsai thread. It'll straighten right out. You can take the clones but they may take a few days longer to root. No problems tho. But since you don't want to keep her, chunk her out.

Good advice , as I was just noticing I got a real pistilly mother in my veg area, and I was wondering what was causing that.
Well hell that makes me wonder if my mother plants are all in too small a pots :chin: , ya learn something new everyday.

Moppel a perpetual grow is when you dont keep mother plants at all,you just take a cutting from a clone you are about to flower then veg it,take another cutting when you are about to flower out that clone etc etc.You can perpetuate a pheno for any length of time as far as I can tell just always take your cuts before you go 12/12.
