Most knowledgable person about lamps (bulbs)

Can someone point me in the way of someone who i can talk to about lamps? I got some technical questions when it comes to lighting and need some answers from someone who really knows what they are talking about. The questions are hps color temps and led lighting knowledge. Ive been to advanced ballast and lighting school through my work and i got a few questions that are beyond me as a grower.
Who is the man?
