the hydrocephalic morons are at it again. they checked brain waves of long-term pot smokers & deduced there was damage because the brains reward centers were more active when looking at pix of buds etc than they were when looking at pictures of bananas etc. "lessee here now....hmmm. that kiwi fruit looks good, but... That really did sound like a shitty study....like even if they're saying that these particular things they're looking at are indicators of abuse or dependence, I think even the most hardcore medical weed proponent would be willing to admit that: yes, weed is more addictive than a banana. Researchers studied 59 adult marijuana users and 70 nonusers, accounting for potential biases such as traumatic brain injury and other drug use. Study participants rated their urge to use marijuana after looking at various visual cannabis cues, such as a pipe, bong, joint or blunt, and self-selected images of preferred fruit, such as a banana, an apple, grapes or an orange.

Now, they wouldn't have made the distinction if they didn't put it in the study, so at least at one point during this study they were showing non-users with traumatic brain injuries pictures of grapes...and then asking them how high they wanted to get.
