more trouble, fuckin A HELP

ok last summer my a/c went out with 12 6 foot plants in the room where the central heat and air unit is. i installed a portable a/c for the plants in their poly'd off room inside a room, but me, i was left frying my nuts off till harvest, then i cleared it out took veg plants to my mates for the a/c guy to come over and fix it.

ok today the fucking relay in my heater went out and i have no heat so im freezing my fuckin balls off now.

question how safe are space heaters?? im going to need to get one to avoid having to move 21 flowering plants in 3-5 gallon bags and a bunch of clones.

my bedroom is about 25 x 30 feet give or take some, how safe would it be to run a space heater in these conditions??

sorry for the cursing but im fuckin pissed right now and so is my prairie dog he is very cold.

not to mention having to move this

and this

Space heaters are the way to go. I used to think that their glow would fuk with flowering, and it's just not the case (the full moon is brighter).... you probably don't have to worry about it with the lights on though. Good luck with the cold allman!

One prob. wit space heaters is that most put out high heat from the back of em and can easily start a fire u need to be realy careful wit those things. Try to put it on a metal stand that wont get knocked over easily and make sure there is nothing easily flamable around em!!!!! REmber u dont need da fire depo. coming out there cuz a fire got started cuz they will call da cops if they see that sort of thing growing around da house.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :pimp3:

space heaters use ALOT of energy... some over 2000w.... make sure your breaker can take the added wattage.

Have you considered propane?

get an oil radiator heater. they're relatively cheap, emit no light, and aren't fire hazards, but like space heaters, they will be 1000-2000 watts. my solution... bundle up.

Grab an electric fan heater with termostat, set it low and forget it. It'll cost a bit to run but under the curcumstances for a few weeks its the easiest solution. The oil filled electric heaters are supposed to be more economical but cost more to buy.

cooked cook

bake at 420 until nicely toasted
yep, KingRalph and Dr Longbottom have the idea.
Those oil radiators are the best. I use a small sized one right in my grow chamber to keep it warm in the winter. Very safe, but do suck up the wattage.
Good luck.

Hillarious!

Could you somehow rig up 2 seperate spaces in the flower room on alternating photoperiods? Ie. Ones on when the others off. Then exhuast the hot air from the lights to the room you hang out in the most? Just a thought... I mean if your gonna pay for a heater and the 1000w it pulls might as well just get a 1000w HPS that will put out a good ammount of heat. Or maybe put a woodburning stove in. My friend had that made the house so warm and cosy and smelled real good all the time too.

Dr.Longbottoms would be the best bet. They put out some heat and have adjustable wattage. They will dry the air out if ran constantly though. Awesome dog you got there. Totally diggin it.
