I'm a guy and I wont use pee on my plants,unless I had no other option or it was my best option,I'd use pee if only shit were available lets say lol.Urine is a high N fert when used right,its also peepee and I just dont mess with my peepeeeee.Last time it was checked my pepepepepe was a perfect 6 ph though lol

Female grower here, too. The guys are right, use fish emulsion. It may be smelly, but by harvest you won't be able to tell it was used at all and it's a great organic fert. I found some at my local mom and pop hardware/general store.

I have to admit, tho, I did use my own urine, once, as a source of N during my first grow. I needed something fast acting and it did the trick.

Symbiosis is a wonderful thing.

i've lived in the virgin islands before and the locals all grew that way. it didn"t stop me from smoking it but that was outdoor grown. i would'nt use urine indoors just because of it's unpredictability. it can be pretty strong at times. no, hold on , i ain't usin it cuz it's piss and i can use other stuff(that ain't piss). heh heh

Look, I've used piss before, but I put about a shot glass to the gallon... and I was 14 at the time and was a paranoid young smoker who didnt want to even buy a container or soil, for fear someone might suspect something. Use only as a last resort. I imagine that this would be the best method for someone in prison trying to grow a plant. They could use their piss for vegging and collect bird shit and molasses for flowering. In other words, just go out and get something for that plant, because it deserves the same chance as all those other plants out there.

PS.... Jeane, I would let the plant get some root and branch growth done before worrying about LSTing or topping. In my opinion, topping is almost pointless, when you can LST. Especially with your plant..unless it has made serious strides since your orginal post, LST or topping will further stunt its growth.

its done plenty well since that last post! its doing really good. it hasnt really got taller, it only gets taller as more leaves grow on top so i know its going to take forever to be very tall at all. leaves are growing in every little space it can. its so healthy.
this is a very dense little plant, i really wish i new what it was, it would probably help a whole lot ha.
i wont use pee. ha ha, im not that desperate.

and today, i think its started to show its preflowers, i found a little dot where the buds are going to come in. yay

yay, they look so good. i dont know if its stress, but the leaves are tinted blue. is that normal? its purple in the middle too, but i think thats normal.

i think its so small simply because the pot is too big for a small plant...its still probably putting out roots...i`d have started her in a much smaller pot then moved her when she was ready...

that plant looks VERY healthy. its not asking for fertiliser either, so if you do give it any then dont give it alot.
all you need is time for it to grow. and you can top it if you want it to have 2 main growth shoots, ive got 2 colas from doing that

hm i dont like your soil though, it seems to have rather alot of bark chippings in it ??

In my limited experience, blueish leaves means it is almost too cold. That could also explain your slow growth.

i hate my soil. i agree, i took a lot of them out of the soil too! would it be stupid to change the soil? i dont want to hurt it though. i want to get the ff ocean forest soil. and no, i dont give it any fert.

i started the plant in a way smaller pot, it was getting too big for it and the soil ph was way off cause i didnt know how to water it at first and it never drained any of it. so i got a bigger one with plenty of holes and i water it right now. i learn pretty quick.

you can change it if you want, but you have to be carefull when seperating the roots from the soil.
the plant does look healthy so far and if the soil contains compost and not just wood chips then you will be fine to leave it. i just dont like woodchips in soil as they serve no purpose at all, they smell when damp/rotting and sometimes grow mushrooms lol

hello!
im bringing this back becuase after all this time. she's grown maybe about an inch (5" at the tip of the stem, not including any top leaves!) ive feed her GH FloraNova Grow (less than half of what the bottle says to) and she's only got fatter. but no doubt she's healthy! maybe its the strain? the only way this thing grows upward is when new leaves come in at the top, the stem itself isnt stretching AT ALL, its so dense!
to bad it was a seed i found on the floor, its not even a bag seed ha ha





is there anything i can do to make her grow taller? nothing im reading says anything about it. she's even starting to preflower, i have 2 preflowers with pistols sticking out. any suggestions?

heheh she really looks short,but she´s healthy...about the nuts i can only recomend the ones i use,i.ve been using bio bizz for 4 years know...and love it....try and get some bio-grow...and about shops in ur area...humm i dont really know since im from portugal,hehehehe,but if u ask around or try and meet people from your area im sure they will inform u...

yes the blue tint would be from it getting to cold at night. whats temps in there when the light are out? btw that plant looks trally healthy. i grew a runt once. turned out to be female and it produced the denses, tightest buds ive ever grown.

Sup Jeane just wanted to say well done on ur grow so far. plants are really healthy and dont worry about the height. the shorter and bushier she is going into flower the better. once u flower, she should stretch some more. sry for my spelling but im faded. keep us updated

Jeane you should be happy. look at all that branching, my plants never grow anything like that they always stretch upward and the side branching never starts till they get alternating nodes. i want to know what you are doing to make it grow short and bushy. is that a blue spectrum lamp you have? it looks pretty blue from the screeny. i wish i could find blue spectrum CFL but all the ones i find are red. i have to train my plants to get the side branching going.
