Yes 3legdog it's ashame they dry or cure the weed like that down here. It's not hard compressed like Mexican brick but it's like a big clump of sticky buds. The red bud I got the other day thats in the pics is maybe the best I have bought down here. It's fresh and very sticky with almost no smell but the high is "up" and long lasting. Thanks again and hope to be moved by the end of the week.

I tell you I am very pleased with this new redbud, so much so I stopped smoking on my homegrown. This red is much more potent then any of the golds I have found down here. I can't wait to grow some and cure it right cause it's got a steller high.

Here's some gold I obtained that has been "sweat" cure like most everything here. It's pretty good with the classic taste and high. I did get some seeds from it but yet to grow them.








Sorry about the pics but it has are gold brown color and good smell cause it's fresh.

This is some dry sieve from the new redbud. It's very much like the weed but a little stronger, I smoked that bowl and was pretty fried for about 2 1/2 hours. I really like the high from this red, it's more euphoric and a deeper stone then most of the domestic.

Actually Red was my fave back in the day. Much better than the gold or chunky black. Man oh man memory lane........

Nice job there Amigo.. gotta love those Columbian Strains.. is sativas all that is grown there or are there any regions where they turn out some Indicas.. i know all i've ever had from Columbia i got on Grand Camen and it was some Damn nice Sativa..

Hello everyone and thanks again for the positive vibes.

SmokeyPufmaster I like the other domesit weed here the Golds and purples but this redbud I got last week tops them all and even blows away my homegrown sinsemilla (not in taste and looks but more potent). It's the best so far with that killer long lasting high. I will be growing this strain ASAP and I will be happy to share and or trade the seeds. One hit of this red will bring ALL your memories back.

isthatmylighter I have been here over 2 years but all I have seen here is Sativa and no Indica. I don't think they (the locals) know what Indica is but I am not sure cause I don't know anyone that smokes down here. It's funny cause everytime I buy some it's "punto rojo" even if it's bright green.

sackoweed Yes to me Colombian weed is the best because of the growing climate here. I grow and cure the western way to produce frosty pretty buds that look just like the expensive strains up north but it still doesn't match the raw power of the highland domestic. For me it's the best so far but I am starting a new crop in a much better location so I think I can do better then the domestic.



It's very cheap too (the domestic weed) at $20 albs.

Yeah im working on a indoor chocolate, should have something nice by spring or so..
But i had to give my red columbians to a friend, too much going on this year.. This thread reminds me I should check up on him, see how they are doing.
The lucky bastard can grow outdoor, which is why i delegated my reds to him. They should be pretty huge if he took care of them.
Maybe i'll be able to get some pics of em.

As tempted as I am by this offer, I am reminded that this is Gypsies site, and seed offerings should go through him. I am sure that you could make arrangements with Gypsy, as everyone I know here would be very interested in this. Fact is, you could add considerably to your income by setting up such a deal.
By the way,, I really want some of the strains you've mentioned,, I remember all of them,, gawd do I want some of that!! :bigeye:

Nicely done redone! I grew some Santa Marta Gold a couple seasons ago. Very nice caramel brown color when dried/cured. Smells of prime CG from the 70's. And has that unmistakeable taste happenin as well. Wouldn't mind gettin some red

Hello everyone, I finally got moved and a internet connection. My new location is a lot differnt so my grow area (balconey) has to be re thought. Right now I got nothing growing which is fine cause the weather is bad. I should start growing in a week or two as soon as I get set up. My new grow area gets full sun all day (when the suns out and it's not raining) my other place only got a few hours of direct light.
Right now still smoking the red but I got some new coming maybe next week Should be Gold, I will give a full report with pics.

Hello everyone I just got some fresh Colombian Sativa from the coast. I was disappointed at first because I was expecting gold and this was green and FULL of seeds. However after I cleaned a few small buds and rolled a pinner I was very happy, it has a great piney sativa taste and the high is intense. It's really good weed but I won't grow any since I know it will not do well here.
