I use a big rubbermaid storage cab for a grow room. I can pull it all down in a hour. I can make it look like a redneck clothes closet in 15mins. I use a towel cab. in the bathroom for seedlings. Trailers were mean't fur growin' weed....lol



Hell, for that matter, a grow room ups the resale value of the house. They need that as an option when you buy one!

i've been looking at manufatured homes as well for this. They are a little more than a trailer, but usually a lot cheaper than regular houses, no park fees or associations to deal with and no one with access but you.

Another reason I'm favoring manu homes over a trailer to grow is trailers are made to a hud standard they tend to be cheaply made, but manu homes are built to code for where they are being shipped, so you end up getting something that causes you less grief in dealing with the heat from summer and the cold in winters.

A lot of trailers out there are pretty old, but most of the manu homes available are less than 10 years old. It just seems that a manu home would be a better choice than a trailer if your looking for something cheaper than a regular house.

Renting mobiles is rare around my parts....I agree manf. homes are much higher quality build - but are priced alot higher too. Theres one mobile i like, but the meter is in the next door's neighbour's yard....surprizingly private too.

The mobiles I looked at tend to be 20+ years old too..crappy wiring. Lots of vents tho

Ive pondered the mobile home grow myself. Just worried the power consumption would be so high. I mean 4k watts of lights w fans pumps etc, and whatever other electricity your using in the home would be like a $300-350 bill I would think. They can look at previous use and it would be a big difference I would think. (unless the old occupants were growing
