so your saying the last release was an f1 and this next release is an f2? if this is true doesnt that mean it would lose some vigor and not yield as big?

This round of Mob Boss, was made with Tierra Rojo's pheno, and then crossed with the new Tang Tang male that was used in the most recent Prophet.
So it is (ChemDxTT)xTT.
I apologize for any misunderstanding. However, I am positive, this newer release of Mob Boss, will be far better than the last batch.
This newer batch will give more phenos, similar to Tierra Rojo's selection. Which is the craziest MB I have seen yet.
The drop will probably be in a month or so. I don't handle the logistics, so I don't really know.

Ive been waiting for the next MB drop myself, I didn't get any of the original MB(missed it by a few weeks) and only heard how outstanding it was so I also would want to get the same mom-n-pop offspring in the next batch as the original MB.
Q tho... did you guys have a prob with using the original MB parents?
or just trying to improve on what you had and the original MB was perfect and really didn't need any messin with
from what i get with everyone that had it.
it definitely a crap shoot sometimes trying to mess with the original formula
but if one of the original parental stock was lost then you gotta do whats ya gotta do.
but looking at TRs pic.... Its fooking off the hook.

im hoping the gnomes question gets answered thoroughly because alot of people want to know the answer to his question. also not only 1 parent is different but both parents are different so you can see how this would worry alot of people that have been waiting for this release. i still havent heard any specifics on how the yield will be compared to the last release i just keep on hearing its better. if the quality of the weed is better but it yields a little less than the last release than we have a right to know about it before spending our money

Nah, Hammerhead I don't think that's quite right. You're right that there is a new male & female for Mobb Boss, from what I'm reading. But the plant grown by SELF (TR's cut) came from the original line-up of MB, I do believe.
What changed is the seed parent, really. Went from Chem D to TR's Mobb Boss. A new Tang Tang male was selected, for whatever purpose, but it's the same line at least.
The seed parent went from Chem D to TR's Mobb Boss pheno. Perhaps Steele thinks that the MB plant will recombine better with the Tang Tang male than the D, giving rise to more frequent occurrences of plants like TR's??

are you serious. damn i wish i knew about this strain during the first release cause i was looking for a big yielding chemdog pheno. now there gonna lean more towards the tang tang and take longer to flower right since its a sativa?. if this is true i dont think i can buy this strain anymore and that really sucks!

Very disappointed to see that the parents were changed. I'll bet they lost one or both of the parents. I will not be buying any of this anymore. It's not even going to be tested obviously. Good luck everybody.

So Mob Boss will be Tang tang bx1 this is also similar to the blockhead right blockhead being tang tang pheno Ibl ? calm down with the tang tang lol, surely even an f2 would have been more similar to the originals yield and thc.Maybe the plants will be better then the original!?
