Well I wouldnt say that. I take a cup of coffee w Baileys Iris Cream and a vape pen and go out on the patio (first light) and hit,sip,sip,hit, hit, sip (the exhaled vapor keep the no-seeums away while I'm out there).. my point is when I go back inside, I'm blasted... not for long but blasted.. I find it a convenient pick me up while at the gym or having breakfast and such... I did just read that renewal of concealed carry will not be possible if one has a card but if ya shoot someone and your buzzed, you'll be wrong anyway...
