Time for a PR update. An explosive reflowering is happening. These PR keep throwing new pistils and bulking up. I watered last night with a tablespoon of hardwood ash in 2 gallons of water. Today plants are looking good, assuming they liked it. I’m also beginning to add Epsom salt. In a few days I’ll grind up some rotten pears and add to rain water, ala farmer Lyon style.

These PR are strong sativas. I don’t think there is any indica in these. I don’t yet know the high but I hope it’s worthy. If so, I’ll be pollen chucking some. Really not sure how much longer these will flower but I’m only week about 9.

Hi @Koondense ..Didn’t I see in another thread a while ago you were growing out OJD version of mm x hz 21? howd the plants do? How was the smoke?

yes I had one female plant but she was a bit too finicky for the grow I had, could not give her the care she needed. So the end result was not representative in my opinion. However there were buds and they were pretty good
The buds were surprisingly tight and hard, also heavy for the size but yeah, overall a lot of small buds. The smell was fresh lemony with some wood/incense. Could be labeled an old school aroma.
The effect was ok, not very strong and had a pleasant upbeat feel.
Honestly I would need to grow some more plants, find a more "friendly" pheno and give her much root space and good control of nutrients.
Your plants look excellent and happy with the care they get Can't wait to hear your impressions with the smoke of properly grown bud.

Thanks @Koondense . The seeds I have of mm hz x are different parents than OJD. So maybe some different phenos. I am looking at ojd website at his haze crosses. Intriguing. I still have some of these seeds left, then the ones I made.

Mm x buds aren’t extremely tight atm. I have a hard time with the smell. I smell something. Plant forest earth. Spice. My sense of smell has never been top notch. Hopefully it’ll start throwing off some good aromas soon.

Here is Bruce banner bud shot from a few days ago. It’s starting to frost up. The pic does not do it justice. It was glistening ever so nicely with about 75% HPS and 25% LED light bathing it’s wonderful orange hair.

Overdue for an update. I pulled Bruce banner a few days ago. It was done, likely over done. I vape a bud short time ago. It’s a nice hard hitting but short lived head high. I’m slightly skewed though due to muscle relaxant I had. Interestingly enough, the hps side buds felt much more resinous and are drying much slower. I did a precursory look for seeds and paid attention to the buds. The buds I seeded had a good amount. Non seeded on purpose at least buds a few found here and there. I’m sure there are more but doesn’t look bad. It did seem like there were seeds formed or partially so but they were just small shells. I wonder if this is poor seed making with led I saw in a Few posts.

The mm x hz 21 is bulking up. I think the end is on the horizon For her. This is 11 1/2 weeks. The PRs.. one looks close. The others continue to throw new pistils and fatten up. They have at least a few weeks.

Punta Rosa. The one nearly done plant smells like lemon pledge or lemony. I think I’m pulling her soon. The other two still have no real odor. I found an old post in the cbg section here on icmag from Charlie Garcia. The columbian leaning phenos would throw new pistils and continue to reflowering. That is exactly what two of the three are doing. One much more so than the other. So it would seem I have theee different phenos, though leaves looked the same to me. Any rate the one is very heavy columbian leaning and I’m going to reveg her for more seeds. I seeded the done plant but that columbian pheno looks quite nice. She doesn’t show any sign of slowing down at 12 weeks now. Photos are 11 1/2 weeks though.

The Columbian leaning phenos would throw new pistils and continue to reflower is what I going thru now. So I let her flower until she can't get any bigger and then start the fade with a nutrient flush and then nutrient reduction. Now that pistil has stopped growing and fading with new resin production.

Lots happening in the grow tents. White widow is drying, cbd and one or are coming down soon. The veg tent is getting full! I’ve been somewhat neglecting the veg tent and my watering skill is evident. I got some self watering containers from ac infinity and finished uppotting into them. I’ve got two ka5h a blueberry and a red snake in them. The red snake has been vegging a good long time now. I’ve bent it over and it’s growing almost the way I envisioned.

These two plants with the long stem kind of on the rightish are the red snake. I’m going to give it a while to get used to this container and lose all the damaged leaves. I hope this is a female...

The plant somewhat visible in the left that is bent over is the blueberry. Other pictures coming.
