Mixed summer outdoor grow

Switcher56

Comfortably numb!
Hi @Switcher56 . Thanks BTW. Your postings on cbd have been inspirational and informational. I hope your house ordeal is moving along favorably to you.

Also forgot to mention I Bent these down to promote side branch growth and keep overall height down. Worked great on ka5h but not so much on the others.

Nutter budder is not growing strongly, either plant. It’s been a while since I’ve grown hybrid indica plants. These are sleepy time plants for my wife, though my Ace Malawi’s put us both to sleep sadly.
You got mail :)

I snapped a few jpegs of the nutter budder planted direct into the garden. It looks pretty good. Some serious fat short leaves. Screams fast flowering indica. The other jpeg is a seed from the same pack. They don’t look the same to me.

About time for an update. All is well, except for a bit of lower leaves yellowing. I’m going to add a bit more sea 90 . Last night was a hard natural rain and this morning leaves were praying to the warm sunlight.

First is nutter budder, second and third is ka5h. Fourth nb again. Rest are charlottes angel. One in the cage is a serious indica nutter budder.

A few KA5H only shots for the Ace fans . This plant is growing really strong. I can’t wait to see her start budding. Stretch is going to be crazy I think.

Interesting last night. I happened to be out and noticed some amount of light from a nearby street light is reaching my plants. I thought it was a full moon on a clear night. Nope... street light. I grew a Malawi in the same spot last summer and didn’t have any trouble. The plant was not spectacular though and I’m wondering if this had anything to do with it.
Where my plants are is really sunniest spot. Also best place for camouflage.

Also gave a healthy watering yesterday evening, added some sea 90 and Epsom salts. Hopefully this will stop The lower leaf yellowing.

no more yellowing lower leaves. It’s looking like the soil is starting to need some amendments. I’m going to adopt the @Cactus Squatter method and add sea 90 weekly moving forward.

They’ve been handling the heat well I think. Getting ever so closer to poking up over the cucumbers. The nutter budder plant is really interesting. It’s growing about the same as the ka5h next to it. Maybe I have a NL leaning Pheno.

Images below.. the cage is a NB that is not in the best location. It’s shadowed by the tomato plant. But it’s growing and should produce something. Maybe gummy material.

Other images when you see two plants, on the left is charlottes angel. On the right is NB. Single plant is the ka5h. A few group shots shows a nice scene.

My nutter budders are flowering. At least a few days, maybe a week. I can see white hairs on the colas. KA5H is not showing, neither is the charlottes angel. Tomorrow water and nutes. I’ll grab some jpegs of flower.

Just finished watering with rain water and some sea 90. Attempts to capture the flowering resulted in less than stellar images. I do think the ka5h has a few small white hairs now. Things are growing real well, except my garden nutter budder. The soil and watering is different and it shows. Below the single image is ka5h. the pair left is ca, right is nb. up close with leaf discoloration is the garden nb. The last is the ka5h showing the smallest of white hairs. Enjoy...

Got a few good nutter budder bud shots. A few attempts at the ka5h and one of ca. Looking a bit sparse on those.

The nutter budder is in full flower and doing well. I think Ka5h and ca are both in stretch phase. Not much pistils on either. But... everything is growing along well. A couple of shots... on the left is ca , right is nutter budder. Flower is NB.

Ka5h shots. This one is growing strong and has branched well. Still not sure what the pheno is. Ace website doesn’t mention skunk smell on any of the four pheno descriptions. Maybe during budding the smells will evolve.

This week my cbd plant is showing good flowering. My ka5h is still stretching and almost no white pistils.

First two images charlottes angel flowering nicely. Next three are nutter budder flowering really nicely as well. Followed by ka5h. That’s doing reallywell but has not hit flower yet.

Last bunch of images are lower leaves that are showing a bit of isssues. I’m thinking lack of cal seems likely on the first few. The one with a lighter shade of green leaf I think is mag def. comments are welcome..

Seeing good flowering except in the ka5h. It doesn’t seem to want to flower. Everything is fairly healthy, though continued lower leaves yellowing and purplish color on some leaves of the nutter budder. Humming along. I hope the NB fattens up some. The Malawi I’m vaping now is not strong and starting to think nutter budder is going to be it from this run. Not sure that ka5h will finish.
