I have had to take my older Mud down..hopefully a good percentage of the seed will be mature.
The bugs were getting out of control..and even a mild solution soap/water singed a couple of buds...so..she is down.
Considering she was started in the off-season..30-01-07
and our season has been the worst for 58 years...
I am WELL happy with her.

Here's my female Mud in flower indoors under a 150 HPS/cfl combo. Day 54 of 12/12. I'll probably chop it in a week. I've got a couple female clones in the works,1 male clone and some pollen saved from a male I cut down. Looks great,can't wait. Thanks JLP,one of the clones is going otside and get dusted,the seeds will be distributed far and wide. What a great example,gifting these great genetics. I managed to get a dozen clones of various strains going and have gifted every one of them throughout the neighborhood.

Hell Yeah! The Muds are very vigorus..Very strong plant. Leafs point up to the light.. I love this plant.. I'm glad i took clones :smile:

That Mud looks deliciously earthy and frosty Mossy, it is almost like a drunken or dizzy yet smooth type of high when you really get into it. Nothing like diving into a pool of fresh mud to slow you down. Like the wide open organic grow kurlyq2g, they're bound to be poppin pistils right now. It seems the longer you let them finish, the stronger it progressively becomes.

Cheers Slickster..I haven't tasted her yet.
She has had 3 days wilt..to get the seed out.
I even laid the leaves out in the drying box.
Everything..except the large fans..was just thick with trics....so I am hopefull.

The younger one has unusual top leaves. I haven't seen the type before..but I am sure someone will be able to identify them for me.
They are tric tattoo'd..and just starting to fur up.

Germed 5 of JLP's Mississsippi Mud on 5/23 at around 7p.m. along with 3 other very popular strains. I was gifted 9 beans by JLP, but I only used 5 in case I I used the "paper towel" method and put the beans in a tupperware container and placed it over my PC modem. In less than 24 hours I had a 90% successful germ rate. The Muds had the longest taproot of any of the popular strains - sporting at least a 3/8th of an inch taproot - in less than 24 hours! Damn good work JLP. Oh, by the way, I was 5/5 as far as the Muds were concerned, and I used rain water.

I have the same probs with you and Slickster for providing all the great info..
and I Swear JLP has a 3 year reputation waiting list...after all the great genes he has created
We have had some major storms..so I have been checking the progress of my girls..harvested a bud off each to see where they were up to..
I took a small one off my second Mud..
and she has full size..ripe seed on her.
I couldn't believe my luck. I got a full set.
