Minimum pot size?

Hello all, I am going to start a lowryder grow soon and I'm going to be using 7 inch pots for seedlings and then transfer to 1 gallon pots all the way to flower, I am guessing this should work fine since lowryder is a very quick strain and does not grow large. However, what would be the normal pot range for regular strains such as White Russian, etc. I am guessing it would be like 7" -> 2 gallon -> 5 gallon?

I grow in 2 1/2 gal pots for plants from seeds 5 gal buckets for clones. After transplants for both. I use 2 1/2 pots for seeds so I can put twice as many in the same space for sexing. I have not grown White Russian yet, but I have it in my seed door Right now Ak48,NLxBB,Ice,at 28 days, Bog medley,Gamera RomxChronic shells just cracked will plant in morn. Good luck
