Hi!
Been thinking about this cold summer //&#$ ! that happens quite often here up north,
And suddenly i found this heater:

"Mini Marvel Heater
Ideal for plant house, wall garden, etc. 1.7 ltr tank, max heat 700 BTU's, burns 90 hours. Single burner."

It could work combined with a small area covered with plastic or something
(Think i read elsewhere about 100-125W,not sure) You could also use more than one.
2 Sour 60 or maybe a few Russian Rocket Fuels in the tent...

Attach a bigger tank - and you have a warmer climate for a week!

Just dreaming -

That's my dream to also build a greenhouse. With my climate I could extend my growing season to 10 months without supplemental heat and year round with.

You could easily build one big enough to grow a few autos out of PVC pipe and plastic sheeting. Even without any extra heat it would probably extend your season about a month on each end.

Yeah, a small,guerilla-style one, with bamboo cane support
and some small heathers... a meter tall maybe? nah,1.20 is
better.
Hell, this means one extra harvest man:jump: !

My friend has a green house and uses barrels full of water to absorb heat during the day and release it at night. Without any other supplemental heat he has fresh lettuce and broccoli for Christmas dinner!

Even a cold frame made from an old window can extend the season by a few weeks, allowing plants to be started earlier.

He's got a big green house, 12' x 18' I think. He uses the barrels like table tops. Puts a board across the top and puts his plants on them. He's not a smoker so only grows veggies. Agreed it's not a practical idea for a small stealth grow but a good example of thinking outside the box.

That´s a great idea! too bad big barrels take
up a lot of space...
