The molasses (or the sugar in it) helps feed the micro organisms in the soil, helping them break down the last of the nutrients without effecting taste or burn. People claim it adds flavor/weight etc but I think that's rubbish, it just helps with the flush process in my opinion. It feeds the soil without feeding the plant to some extent.

I'm feeding a food grade black strop molasses at 5ml/litre.
I've also been trying an organic "amino" bloom booster called Liquid Lead, which smells like it's largely molasses too.

That sounds like some stuff I will try next go round. I broke down and bought a microscope. Only 10 bucks but I definitely want to check my trichomes and harvest at the right time. I am pondering on harvesting the plant at different times so I can use the same bud for different purposes. Like pick some when starting to go cloudy a little for a upper buzz then wait a while and pick some when they are all cloudy with some amber for sleepy tine bud and then wait till a load of amber and pick then for more medicinal. Have you ever done that?

I haven't but what I have done is harvested the top colas and anything protruding above the main canopy first, thinned out the foliage and let the rest of the plant go an additional week.

I'm only on my 6th successful completed grow out of 8 or 9 total so still learning a lot, getting these perpetual micro cabs I'm getting into now up and running has been a steep learning curve!

Yeah the staged harvest only really makes sense when training has failed haha. You should definitely build a mom box, or keep your current box for a few nice moms and head to IKEA for a new flower cab.

I've decided to get rid of my old ngb box I've been using for veg completely. After this round my current flower cab becomes my new veg cab, I've bought a cabinet (photo) that I'm going to turn into a 2 section flower cab one above the other. Each section will be 600mm wide x 450mm deep x 900mm high, 70w cmh in each and a single 300cfm pulling air through the whole thing. Gonna make for a tidier room!

Thanks for claryfing ...

Thanks for claryfing ...

Just read what I had done it's only 6 pages so far. I went Lucas for Coco , h3ads formula. I believe I saw the thread initially on www.lucasformula.com but in what I wrote in the 6 pages I explained what I have done. I just use micro, bloom, cal mag and Epson. But now in final stage I am just using bloom and epson for another week and a half then flush with distilled water at 5.8 ph. I looked at what you have going on and if your ph meter is bad it will mess everything up. Also if you have root problems it can mess everything up too. You can smell your run off and if it smells bad you may have root issues.

i believe i have no root issues cause runoff is clear and has no smell at all... ph is double checked every time... with my meter which is a good one...is tested and calibrated frequently and also with the GH ph meter kit.
I'm thinking that these issues have something to do with the cobs... i am using DIY led cobs light....

What are you feeding your plants and how much and how often are you watering?

I water once every other day, 2 gallons of feed and then one gallon just water. Keep alternating.

Here is a link of my grow man, this way we don't hijack MiniFridges thread: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=328219

Anyway... i water every other day just like you...now i will start to water every day... always with nutes in coco.
i usually water until 20%-30% runoff.
