BTW guys, if you're worried about your PMs and private communications being read, you can always try gpg encryption. Anyone that would intercept a message would see nothing but a large block of garbage looking random characters. And I'm sure some of you know, but you can also use TOR (The Onion Router) to anonymize your internet traffic, but be prepared for ungodly slow speeds sometimes. If anyone would like some help with that if you're interested just let me know and I'll be happy to help ya out. Also I'd recommend using OTR (off-the-record) or encrypted instant messaging when possible. Also you're probably better off using the SSL version of the site, check your url bar and make sure it says https instead of just http. Better safe than sorry I guess.

Hope you don't mean Iowa, there is a hydro shop now in Des moines check out growshop.com click on Iowa for the shops number, the owner said he does'nt have a website yet, just getting started.They have a greenhouse full of plants and a regular house that they gutted to use as the hydro shop.
The whole inside is a big growroom and store.
I picked up a bottle of bloombastic and a new 1000 watt ballast last week, they have a ton of lights growing hundreds of orchids too! Getting an orchid for my wife covered my ass for the high price of bloombastic

The BBK came in from a guy located in the bay area. He couldn't give me any details on where it originated. Here's a few branch shots of the "OG?" The leaves are deep green and shiny. The cold is exposing dark purples.

Catman: Did the plants respond to the ferts? They say fert them until the leaf tips turn just a bit crispy, that's when you know you're maxing it out, and then back off. The tips will stay a bit crispy so you may think you're still overferting them but so long as they keep growing you're good.

Koopa: How many beans do you think will drop? If you're seeding one branch I'd say maybe dozens, a whole plant hundreds. I think when I make seeds (on purpose) for the first time I'd just do one branch, enough for me and my mates...

Wild Eep: Checked out your thread and repped you. You should check it out guys, he's photoshopped all his pics so that it looks like a graphic novel, very noir-ish. He won't tell me the name of the filter except to say its one of the standard ones. Is it 'watercolor', Eep?


81, Cotyledon: I looked up the price of that bloomblastic, and holy crap! Please don't tell me you spent $200 on a 42 oz bottle of that. That thing better come with a pound of dank for that price.
I bought Phosphoload (a liter, 34 oz) for $60 off ebay, it usually goes for 90+ online. It contains paclobutrazol, a plant growth regulator that induces budding. Does bloomblastic work similarly?

House: Your pics look nice. Is this your first time running these strains or do you have smoke reports for us? Would like to know how those California strains smoke...

CozyAmnesia: Those buds are looking nice! Are you flushing them now? Looks like it...

Lemonskunk: Looks like you're a couple weeks into flower. So which one of those looks like the yielder?


Update on the Hash:

So I let those little piles of wet poo dry out and now they're little piles of hard poo. Some of it is in crumbles, but the chunks are solid and HARD. I guess that is a good thing but it makes it harder to smoke. I have to smash a chunk a bit with a glass rod to get it to burn better.

I tried smoking it in this, a G-Spot Pure Resin Bowl from every one does it.com
It actually didn't work that well, because the hash had a hard time staying lit. I usually end up just smashing a bit of hash down into a regular bowl (with a glass gauze as the bottom) and then lighting up.

How does it smoke? It's GOOD. The taste is where it shines out: tastes spicy and cleaner than bud. The high is more potent than bud (gram for gram) as it should be but qualitatively it was different as well, more body than mind for me.
I like it. Whether it's worth making on a regular basis is debatable; using trim you would otherwise throw away is good, but I don't know if i'd use regular bud to make bubblehash. You'll get more use out of bud if you don't turn it into hash.
One thing I might do is buy a silkscreen and kief my buds before making cannabutter. Kief would be easier to smoke too, because it's not all compressed.
