Ive only read the first cpl posts but i dig the omerta. Which means youre a metalhead as well. Im from the worst state in the mw possibly the country. Ive mainly done guerrilla grows with bag bean , drop 2-3 vegglings and pray for bitches at a later date. Also pray we can find them. Lol. Had good luck doing so as i was never caught and somehow us dumb kids made it back on gravel with the trunk just stuffed of fresh herb and didnt end up in prison. Started an indoor op in the city i moved to and was going great until i get my windows busted out and robbed from multiple guys that lived and scoped around my very sketchy side of town. So i stopped dealing. Got off the grid and moved back home to the village i grew up. So begins my knowledge hunt into hydro, getting good genetics, cloning, etc. I talk down on the mw so much because i tried to escape so many times..but i always end up somewhere close. Unite

hi. anyone in the midwest still grow?

I do. And you would never guess by looking at me I have a couple glue plants growing in my closet. 3-4 more weeks then do a soil test and ammend as needed for the next round.

I'm really wanting to find a person in Michigan that will help me source a couple authentic Bruce Banner #3 rooted clones in a couple months. Not living in Michigan means I can't just walk in a shop. Just a couple hours drive north and I would be tickled to pay premium $$ for just a couple of them.

I love a good blueberry and have been on the hunt for that special blueberry for my garden off and on for a few years. Your blueberry looks good, what kind is it?

Blueberry's typically a good plant. Love the high, but most if not all, are a looooong flower though and a tad "leggy"! Indoors, time is money, but if your croppin' for yourself only...well then maybe that's no biggy.

Im in the midwest, i was very impressed with Durban Poison from Dutch Passion on my last outdoor grow. Despite all the bad reviews i found her potent, mold resistant, heavy yeilding finishing about October 5th at 42° N. Special Queen #1 is also a very mold resistant potent strain doesnt quite yeild like Durban Poison. Blue widow yeilds yeavy but finishes later and can mold bad close to its stems.

Hi

Hi

Greetings fellow Midwesterners.

I don't know how I missed this thread for the last year and a half but I've finally found it. I started growing less than 2 years ago and these forums have helped me a lot. Here in Wisconsin I'd been having a hard time finding consistent good buds and decided to become self sufficient and grow my own. It's been ups and downs and I've learned a lot but I'm getting some decent results and really looking forward to finding some keeper plants from the seeds I've been popping. My last run was gorilla bubble and it was some great smoke. I have 4 of bodhi's chem91 jb X snow lotus finishing in my 3x3 tent under a 600w. Here is a shot of them.

I'm about the same latitude and any widows typically do well outdoors. I ALWAYS stick with shorter flowering girls though. I may not get the yields of the Blue Dreams etc., but it keeps my outa trouble with mold. I grow a strain that's a cross of Durban Poison and Hindu Kush and I love it. It too is an early October finisher...
