Micro Tent Advice

Greetings,
I have been planning a micro grow for the past month, i have limited space in my new living situation. In the last month i have been gathering materials, excluding light, scrubber, and main exhaust fan. I have built a table cab in the past with cfls but i don't have as many opportunities to build stuff like i used to. With that out of the equation, i purchased a small tent from lighthouse hydro.

The tent is (2.5' x 1.5' x 3')

So now its time to buy the light, fan, and carbon scrubber..
I want to go with a pre built led light (i have no diy equipment right now) due to efficiency heat and all around good things i have heard about them. I have looked mostly into Area51 lights and also Kessil H150 (not the strongest but i have a small space) and a few eBay COB led grow lights. I actually like the look of the Kessil but know if it would be enough juice. The plan is to grow short and use sog. I plan to grow 4 plants at a time in this tent. On another note is my house never goes lower then around 70 degree F. My closet could even be a couple degrees colder. So another factor is heat of the light. I want it to heat the tent a little but not too much.

Last thing is ventilation. I need too vent this tent with a quiet fan and carbon scrubber. I haven't looked into to many fans but have read that you can lower the noise level using ducting and a speed controller.

Help is greatly appreciated! :canabis:

just plant some seeds and stick some plants in there , ya never learn till ya start growing , stick a light in there, something small and cheap , its such a small tent about any light will grow herb, get a little fan , a 10 dollar light timer and dont kill your plants trying to over think things, good luck man , keep it simple, grow like forest gump would

I used a hans panel 85w along with a cheapo taotronic 90w ufo in a small tent (20"x36"x50")and they both performed similar. But i would deffinitely reccomend the hanspanel as a quality made light, and when the power supply burned out the hans guy sent me a new one, and was very polite about it. I have heard other guys say he was kindof rude when their light messed up but not in my case. The area 51s i think are really nice too, i always wanted to buy some. Good luck in your grow. When lights were on the temps were only a few degrees F higher .One thing i noticed in my little tent was that it was so small it seemed alot more difficult to control the temperature as opposed to a larger tent that has more volume for the air to cool, maybe just something to keep in mind

I run the same tent with a 150w HPS, a S&P TD100x, and a Phresh Filter 4"x12". It's a decent little setup for personal stash. If you configure it right, you'll have about 26" total height to work with for your plants. Also these tents tend to have a lot of light leaks, I throw a black table cloth over the tents before lights off just to be safe.
