Whatever happened to the Pinconning Paralyzer strain here in Mich.?....
A guy here in the Grand Rapids area that I believe is from this site sells GG#4 clones on CL anyone know if he and the gens are legit? Has a pretty step tag on them but from what I here about this girl is if it the real deal there probably worth it. He just posted that there ready. Im for sure not one to do business on Craigslist, just curious. I would definitely like to get a grip on that strain though. BTW I just joined the site

I want the glue, but in my area even on CL theyre kinda hard to come by, and the people that do post that they have them want WAYYYY too much money and dont post pictures.

How about God Bud? Been told it originated in Grand Rapids. Also had a lady from the Lansing area tell me that she started the Wonder Women strain. Then there's the guy from Traverse City with the Obamanator. As far as outdoor strains go. The old heads Ive met back in the day just called it Michigan home grown. Mostly friends of mines dads and uncle's.

Greetings fellow Michiganers. Just discovered this thread. Interesting discourse. I'm in the Detroit area and will be posting a grow journal soon sharing my work with a few heirloom strains. One of these is a re-birth breeding project of a genuine sativa from 1988 called Haze/South African. Original seeds from that period were successfully grown by me. Four of five seeds sprouted after 29 years in freeze. The fifth didn't make it.
Three were girls and one a boy. Needless to say, this whole project startled me as I have never germinated seeds this old previously. It was a gift and a sort of personal miracle.
Long tale short, I successfully open-pollinated all three girls with my one precious male, inbreeding to create fresh seed stock. I now have approx. 1,500 seeds.
Additionally I cloned all four plants including the male
and now have 8 plants 7 weeks into flowering. The original mothers & father are now into third generation clone and counting.
I grew and smoked this strain in 1988-89 in my first hydro grow. I remember it finishing in no more than 10 weeks. It looks as if this current first crop of flowers may take at least that long. The seed mother's origin is definitely known to me. I purchased the seeds from the
Super Sativa Seed Club in Amsterdam via post. It was REALLY an experience in that time to actually order seeds. Exciting, a bit scary and sheer wonderment that the seeds arrived and were as advertised. They came in packets of 15. Manila envelopes, gram size. So there is no doubt of their pedigree.
This is a very rare and potent pure sativa cross. I never forgot smoking and sharing it with close friends back then. I hope the progeny of that grow lives up to my memory. The next month will allow me to return and offer up the smoke report on this special legacy super plant from the eighties.
The plants themselves are as vibrant and large as any sativa you may know. Lime to mid-green. 11 facets per large fan leaves. Thin to medium leaves which look as a classic sativa does. All four plants were homogeneous.
Great original breeders back then when they still cared..
Definitely an indoor plant, although I suspect it could do pretty well outdoors, especially in the more southerly climes. In Michigan who can say. Maybe. Certainly as a cross with a fast indica.
But this is a "king" sativa strain whose genetics are undisturbed from the original stock. As I said above the smoke report must await the requisite flowering cycle to finish, dry and cure. Can't wait!

I got gorilla glue4 free Leonard 2, dj short blueberry, Alaskan thundefuck, deathstar x cannatonic. Free Leonard#2 is amazing sweeter than my blueberry but sour as well. I practically don't need to trim her at all. Beautiful buds without leaves. Finishes entirely by October 1st and is faster than the blue sky cut xj13. I wish good pollen was easy to come by Im wanting to make some seeds.

at last years Clio cup I grabbed the GG#4 on right and on the left is the best clone I found on that trip P75.
pineapple princess was part of the C99 process and the dude who vended this on CL told me it was the best saliva clone he had acquired in the mitten.
she is dense and frosty and yields great and no stretch with a heavy stone that finishes with a nice energy boost. 9 weeks.
it has that throat coating dankness on the exhale and the flowers have a nice pineapple stank.
this was an amazing find for me.
I know were talking clones here but let me brag on this amazing find from a pack on KAK testers I got at the cup.
it's a Jacks cleaner x pineapple princess and this one is all speedy Jack soaring high with no body effects and a wonderful nose with dense buds.
The Mitten was very good to Chunky last summer and I'm going to try to return the favor this summer in Clio with some clones and seeds.
