Seems to me that if LEO believed that they could bust people by creating an account here and soliciting direct contact with other members, they would do it.
By making this sort of thing a bannable offense, it makes it less likely that people will get busted this way.
This doesn't make anyone 100% bust-proof, but it lowers the opportunity for such a thing to happen.
LEO is not going to spend money and man hours indefinitely on something that does not get results.
Hence the rule DOES keep us all that little bit safer.

it's not wise to send your addy to some random guy on the internet. we have had a few that started collecting info on members by promising them rare strains or meds.
Well seeds have been found in customs and a letter is just sent. Let leo find you shipping cuts back and forth and see what happens. Its not the same thing in their eyes for some reason. I say the same.... if you dont like the rules go to another site ... see if they let you trade back and forth

I'd love to do so, but I don't have a safe address I can use and I'm not about to tell anyone I know about my grow so that I can use THEIR address.
When you signed up for the website, what you're describing was against the TOU. It's there in the TOU as a bannable offense. I'm pretty sure if there were only one individual in the history of this community who had done this that it wouldn't even be a thread.
I'm not bagging on you if you want to stick your neck out. More power to you. But don't bitch about the administrators administrating. If you disagree with the policies of our community, I'm sure you are free to start your own or join one of the other ones and do whatever makes you happy.

Anti I like you man so don't take this the wrong way but you should just buy some seeds. This is not 1990 anymore and nobody is getting busted for purchasing seeds on the net. I used to be exactly like you, scared to order them fearing the jack boots would be storming down my door in the middle of the night, but it has never happened. Not one time. I have placed about 20 orders since I first started buying seeds, from three different seed banks in two different countries, and I have never once had any problems. Just order three or four strains so you won't have to buy again and you will be like a kid in the candy store when they show up. And the change up in smoke will do you GOOOOOOD

I did. I ordered some of Rez's SSSDH packs when they went on the bay last december. My order was received by the bay and they shipped it out to me... but my seeds never arrived.
It might have something to do with the part of the country I am in, since I see lots and lots of people who are getting their stuff with no problem.
Honestly, I'd love a solution to this issue, because I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to get ahold of some new genetics. Out of my original 10 AK seeds, I selected one female and I've been growing her for the last two years from clones. If my clone moms get sick, I'll be stuck with bagseeds.
I 100% agree with JJ and his thread not arguing that point, only the simpletons who think they have some kind of power around here to tell people what is "acceptable" to be posting, that shit irritates me royally.
If there telling you or anyone what is stated in the TOU there not wrong.

I have ordered seeds from the Bay and a few other seedbanks and they never arrive. I think I have spent over $1000 for seeds that never arrive.
For a long time I kinda thought that the seed banks were all scammers just ripping people off because they can. I mean what is anybody gonna do about it?
Now I am pretty sure it is because I live practically ON the US/Canada border and they are checking all mail coming into the area pretty well.
So I feel your pain friend. But I have acquired about 8 different strains that I bought as clones from co-ops and dispensaries. It still isn't the same as having the seeds for genetic backups, but it works.
