Mellow and trippy?

I have read thru some of the descriptions of strains and found a few described as mild effect and some psychedelic.

Are there any with both effects? By mellow I mean no racy, heart pounding effects. Anxious and all that.

The Yunnan sounds the most relaxed from my reading, is that true? If you can list the strains you regard as being pretty laid back. dibi or elmanito or anyone else. thanks

I'd recommend you Orient Express, Chinese yunnan if you are indoor grower, if you have the chance to grow longer flowering sativas outdoors, our duoble thai would be perfect too.
