Hi guys thought id chime in real quick. I respect you guys opinion but you really should give C99 another chance some day. Although not that strong a good pack like gn09 collection has some true gems! I found a great fruit punch/pineapple pheno that got huge fast in little pots with just two seeds outa the pack Any who my two cents btw Im made jelous of your purple/grape skunk Everytime i try an snag a pack Redeye grabs em haha

While I respect your opinion... I have to politely disagree with you.

I've grown 3 packs of FLT C99, and I have 2 more in the fridge, and a pack of GN C99... There are some nice phenos, but generally speaking they have floppy stems and airy buds.

You've never had the pleasure of growing Grape Skunk, so you don't know what I'm comparing it to... but if you send me a PM in about 6 months... I might be able to help you find those genetics.

Welcome Critter you know I have seen OTHER pheno's of C99 that are just awesome! I agree I was more than a little disappointed in this particular pheno, possibly I did something wrong with my nute mix, or too much Silica Blast or, not enough Zyms (shrug) who knows.

I have NO doubt their are strains of C99 that are awesome I am just going to stick with the following proven winners from now on; 1) Ultimate Strawberry Diesel 2) Black Rose 3) Tangerine Haze and 4) Purple/Grape Skunks and any other strain that Bobblehead's mad laboratory cooks up!

PS: Dicocamaco also had suggested a really good strain from "he who cannot be named" here so I reserve the right to run that one as well, only thing is I cannot remember the strain name.

I actually had a pack of heaths NLxg13/widow beans a few years ago but they (along with MANY other strains,1.5lbs of weed and thousands of dollars in equipment which I PAID FOR) were stolen by the slimy bumble-cocks with whom I used to grow until finally realizing that partnership was sliding down a greasy shit-rope doomed to failure...when I ended the partnership all I wanted was the seeds I bought, said they could keep the equipment (which I paid 100% for) ....the shit-hawks went ahead and kept ALL my beans and equipment and wouldn't let me in to get my shit....
I learned a lot from that experience.........Fools will be fools, haters will hate, trolls will troll, and shit leopards can't change their spots.......Those who refuse to adapt WILL perish.


hehee I just couldn't get myself to run only one strain... so I had to go with 1 strain per room...

So now I have a 60 day room(widow) and an 80 day room (sage).... It's perpetual but harvests bounce around a bit...Twice a year crops only 10 days apart, usually 30 days, once a year it's 50 days, once a year its 60 days...
Most commercial croppers would prefer a concrete monthly harvest schedule...but with the sage fetching 5k/lb(yes even for multiples)easy.... the longer time is fine....

Either way I cut about 2x as many cuts as I need, 50 days before they need to be flowered, selecting only the most vigorous clones...after rooting they get 30-35 days veg under 1k HPS...plants are always the correct size to flip when my rooms are chopped so it's perfect for me.

If I ran all widow it would be every 30 days, all sage would be every 40 days...(might end up doing all sage after a while)
I have beans of some other really good strains too...Oger99, dieselrella, SSSDH, ISS... but I just want to concentrate on these two for now...
Too many moms and I'll have a hard time deciding what I want to run... moms are already getting out of control..........
Eventually I'll set up a 400-600w tester closet for variety head-stash...new strains grown from seed.

c99 does have some great pheno's, the one that smells like grapefuits, has huge buds, and finishes in 8 weeks w/ head high.

not really that many plants.... I do it Selfhemployed stadium scrog style...16 per 2k room... so 32 in flower, 16-32 in veg, 4 moms, no big deal....a lot of work though........
bobble is running some crazy #'s haha....he runs more plants in one room than I have total........

The short answer is "maybe one day'...lol

Here is what is in the veg tent 70% Tang, 15% Grape/Purple Skunk and the rest is a mix of genetics I cannot bring myself to let go but will. That is the NEXT run.

Run #2 will be Approximately 50% Tang and 50% USD ALSO some HOL Sour Lime and Abusive Dog for the tester thread probably 2 of each.

Run #3 will be 60 % Black Rose 40% USD

NOTE: I reserve the right to change these number or totally disregard them.

After that who knows....I need like 5,000 sq ft to grow everything I want to grow, hmm time to check into renting a commercial building or shed out in the forest or hills with proper power and water supply and an owner who wants 25% of the profits.

I just started following your post's more closely and I am developing MAD respect for you. I have a 3x3 Tent that I really need to find a place for and get up for Mum's and tester's...I would eventually really like to stat developing my own strains but again....time and room are against me. I will cut my strains down to two (with a few testers for House of Love) and I might even one day mono-crop but I know myself too well. I get bored easily (ADHD) and like variety (the spice of like, major WOW factor).

You really seem to have a well thought out and developed grow going, do you have a thread up on ICMag? I would love to get my cycle to harvest every month, but right now I am going for that almighty 1.5 GPW goal, thats why I have decided to go to Bobbleheads V2 (patented) BobblePods.

I am slowly building a list of hardware, cut list for wood, and trying to even schedule a trip out to MI to possibly meet with Yoda and study under the mighty " Green tree's of life" and gain "enlightenment" .....lol sorry I digress like a hippee at a Dead show. Actually I would be happy if I could get Bobble to help me understand how to design and build the watering system, with Blumats and make it not leak all over the place like my attempt at drippers turned into.

First thanks for stopping by. I have not run ChemD, Grape Romulan(?) (Although I have run straight Romulan and I liked it), LPVK I have heard of, never ran it, do not know much about it but heard it is the "shit".

What are the characteristics of Grom and Chem D that you find beneficial for vertical stadium growing? Does it stretch well? Heavy yielder? resistant to disease and PM?

OMG, DO NOT get me thinking about running ANOTHER damn strain please!

Ok Gang we are waist deep in bud, Yahoo! And trimming is kiling my hands (as he looks into his Magic 8 Ball he see's a Trimpro in his future), ok on to a few pics;

Bud hanging and drying this is mostly Grape/Purple Skunk, Cheese and some C99;

This is C99 below. The buds just are not real hard or full like I was hoping for BUT they are frosty and smell WONDERFUL, this shit will hit like a Mack truck!

A bit more this is only like 1/3 of the room so far btw ;

The stickie tabs are so we know "what is what" (we tend to forget pretty fast);

Ok here is something interesting, this is a tub of 6.5 POUNDS (yes pounds) of top notch "sugar" trim that I am going to turn into hash, BUT I need your help. I have heard that earwax hash is really popular does ANYONE have a recipe or link to a page that can help me with turning this huge amount of trim into earwax or budder hash? I mean I need peeps to think on a commercial level, I can Ice Bubble Hash it using a rented portable cement mixer and 25 gallon Bubble Bags and a trash can, but I hear the earwax/budder is more "marketable"?

Anyone got an idea LOL, I know this is weird and from left field but it was given to me so (shrug) I wanna turn it into paper booboo.

Make your ISO oil/hash in a large glass salad bowl, heat it using a hot plate, and whisk with a fork or whisk.

Mega the chem d is a all around good plant for me, i only veg for like 3 weeks 4 at the most in beer cups, then into 1 gl pots for flower, it streatches fast and yields well for me, same with the grom the cd is strong smoke and the grom is grape stinky tasty . medium high. both trim easy

No portable cement mixer, you know those ones you see in Home Depot....trust me works great for LARGE jobs, add ice, water, boo turn on for 15 minutes, pore into 25 gallon Bubble Bags, drain and clean PRESTO huge ball o Ice Hash, rinse and repeat......but I need something for a LARGE BHO job then to use Canna's idea and whip it into a large amount of earwax or budder!

I will peruse the HASH section later tonight, looked earlier but couldn't find anything on a more (cough) commercial scale.

HOnestly I actually like to trim ..it's very zen and I can kinda relax. But my fingers are just starting to get arthritis from years behind a keyboard in high-tech and financial services (past life)...sooo.

well... since you asked...

I just got on ebay and bought this long glass tube... It has a 1" internal diameter, and it's about 2' long... I guess you just fill it up with trim, and spray butane through it... outside preferably... I'm going to do my first run as soon as the refined high-quality butane shows up...

with 6.5lbs of trim though... I'd imagine you'd have to do a lot of runs... and go through a lot of butane... lol
