ya basically the tents vented into the building which had tons of air leaks big ones too. so the main building would b hella cold in the winter and hot in summer. venting tents was most important to me, as well as keeping acs running at all times at peak performance coming in close second.

Im facing a similar situation but you could probably fit several of my buildings in that one.
24'x60' w/10' cieling.
Hate to stick frame for temporary (rental), but guess I better, and just be prepared to tare sht down someday.

the ceiling of our building was like 50 feet or so, prolly big enuf to eventually put in a mezzanine (a possibility and pipe dream at the same time)
the building was an old industrial laundry facility, so u can imagine the old ventilation in there....and the huge amount of power available.

I had a opportunity to do a massive grow unlimited power and funds what ever i wanted i got deal was i had to do it for 2 years min non stop
produce 100kg a month (220 pounds) month so you can imagine the size all under a fake Farm business what i would get in return start up i would recieve 1 brand new fully loaded truck of my choosing , monthly income Payroll
on end of 2 year project 1 million cash
Now one thing is growing other is getting caught i obviously declined can't imagine life in prison without parole
