Hey R.I.P. OG sorry it took me so long to get back here and read thru your thread. I see you are meeting a fair bit of skepticism which is to be expected. Hell C-99 is considered an 8 week strain and it was heralded as being the holy grail of fast sativaish plants. So anything less is pushing it. Now I'm not saying your's doesn't finished fast as you say, I'm just pointing out how your claim of 35 days is kind of an attention grabber. Also you mentioned that you harvested before the trichs were mostly cloudy, many would wait longer which could take it up to a more C-99 like harvest.
Personally I don't like the push for faster strains. 60 days flowering is fine by me for fast flowering. I mean one of the beauties of being an indoor grower is you can make your cycle be what you want whenever you want and most people can do very well with say just 10 plants. I know that gives me enough to last about a year smoking fairly heavily. So I look at it like why rush it? I believe in things like good things come to those that wait or any job worth doing is worth doing well. The only time this is ever an issue is when I start out with no stash. Like right now, I have a crop almost one month cured and I haven't touched it because I still have several months worth of the previous crop which is already many months cured. Also the way I see it the faster a plant finishes the more impact any issues during growing will have on yield as it's a higher percentage of the cycle then a slower plant. Also faster means smaller because there's just less physical time for developing mass. Plus I'm more of a purist I guess, I didn't get into C-99 because it's a fast sativa, I got into it because it sounded like a well liked strain. I look at it this way, many love the longer flowering sativas for their distinctively trippy highs and it's likely there is a good reason for the longer time as far as it's impact on the type of high.
Anyway not to discourage you, I just wanted to explain to you my take on fast plants.
