i don't take any pharmaceuticals - over the counter or prescription. i've looked at the side effects of the toxic poisons and, well, i'll pass.
definitely not "normal". being unhealthy has been normalized. too bad more people don't know how glorious it feels to be healthy. i credit aerobics (for the last 43 years) for my overall sense of well-being.

I hear ya big pharma's drugs are a downhill slide , the more you can avoid them from the start the better off you will be from the side effects.
You dont need to take an experimental drug for a 99.97% survival rate and risk injury from untested side effects .
And if you do Stockholme Syndrome has played a large part of it !!!
People have been programmed since school and blindly do as their told even if it's at their detriment and then when others try to point it out rather than having an open mind and actually having a listen and research the topic from independant sources they'd prefere to call names and have a slinging match .
Ive seen this in others aswell that took their final booster and breath still believing they were right .
