Hey s2 ya I am liking the strong phenos so far. My favorite is just a beast and she is making me reconsider about pulling out my hps because her canopy is so thick I don't think the 3w LEDs can penetrate her canopy. Plus I like to try not to defoilate my plants to much so it's either defoilate and keep running LEDs or pull out my 600hps with LEDs on each side of that I think I'll get killer results. Pics will be coming more and more now. Also bud igniter is some awesome shit to get bud sites popping up everywhere. IMO. Peace mike

mike,,time to "break out the big guns" mate,,,get them under your 600w and watch them go,,bit risky to start hacking leaves off but no choice if staying with the leds,,i always try to get rid of the bottom third when possible,,get rid of those sucker buds and try to avoid taking leaves off,, i tuck them down when possible but different strokes and all that lol,,,nice work mike,,s2

Yes that is true my friend I don't want the plant to have to focus on creating new fan leaves and not pushing out bud. I do have a 1000w ballast also so I could ditch all the LEDs but I am very interested in LEDs I think they are great vegging lights. But at the same time once canopy's get thick I don't think they will do as well as my hps will. Even though I wanted to do a strictly led run. Also in the long run I don't want to risk losing out on weight on a led expirement. I have flowered autos under LEDs and loved the results but regular strains are more leafy than autoflowers. So today might be the day to pull out the big guns and I can still use my LEDs for side lighting just hope I'll get the same results as my 1000w hps will put out. Plus I also have 3 cookie strains which we all know most are low yielders as it is and only having 9 plants in flower I usually get around 20 to 25 ounces give or take strain dependent with my 1000w light last round I got 26 ounces from 9 plants under my 1k light. Here is my pheno#1 or my Rks2 aka the fav! Also i have taken down two led panels and supplemented with my 600w hps.So now in the tent are 2 300w led panels 1 on each side of my 600w air cooled hps. Next round ill run strictly all leds or might switch back but lets see how things go for now..... week 2 and day 2 of flower!

Thanks for that med-man I'll tell ya what for being sativa she stinks. Well I am sure she will change once her buds form more. I love her though she is a really easy plant to grow and loves anything you throw at her. My other two one just wants to stay short and the other is a finicky bitch that hates me. Lol. I am trying to sort her out she don't like being watered everyday in the coco so I am thinking its gotta be because of the strong Indy background so now she gets a dry period and gets fed/watered every two days while the others are getting fed everyday or watered or every other day. Hey dreaded thanks for stopping by and thanks for the kind words! Every plant I have growing seems to love coco and me. Except one of the rks she Hates me for some reason and I have Been trying to fullfill her needs but I am running out of ideas on her. I am also hoping that now with the hps in there it will change her behavior and give the much needed radiant heat that Indys love some much and make her drink a lot more and get back on a great path. I must say also that these rks plants are awesome very little stretch to them great plants if you have small spaces because u can predict there height. I don't even think that they even doubled in height since the flip and most are out of the stretching stage now. I would highly recommend these for cabinet or micro grows if you are looking for plants that don't have a ton of stretch. Just my 2 cents. Peace mike

Hey SDD yes I did top them once early in veg. And I also bent branches they seem to like Supercropping better than being topped. I did have a couple that were bean poles and thankfully those were males. I was gonna F2 the line but most of my males preballed As soon as they were rootbound or even roots hit the bottoms of the pots so I didn't want to use any of them. I do however have some blueberry headband pollen and a special gsc x g13/widow male pollen stashed away that to me looked very forum leaning with purple shaded balls and lanky looking like the forum. So since I have made a bunch of headband crosses I am gonna hit some plants with my gsc male pollen should be killer! Thanks for stopping by bro. Peace mike

Just wanted to add one thing that I forgot to mention my leaves look all funky for 2 reason. The first reason is because of the mixed spectrum between my 600w hps and the led panels crazy looking spectrum for sure. The next reason is because my camera tries to wash out the lighting next time I have them out of the tent I'll take individual shots of each one. Just I really don't like moving them around to much because the roots are all out the sides of the pot and bottom of the pots. Peace mike

Medman rks have such a sweet fruity Aroma and is sticky as hell when I pull leaves off the plants I get resin stuck on my finger nails! I will get better shots come lights on took these quickly after lights went off. Peace mike
