Nice and clean looking! Can I ask if you run a timer schedule on that feed or is that a slow 24 hr. constant trickle? The recycled glass looks a lot like perlite is it a similar texture and feel or effect? Just some things that make me go, hmmmmmm. Thanks for sharing!:tiphat:

krunch. if i could offer any advice. please flip them once the roots have hit the table underneath. they double in size every week, sometimes more at that point.

everyone i have ever taught tabes too never belives me until they realize they can add a crop a year basically by dropping the 2-3 weeks they think the plants need. especialy since you hve the preveg dialed

just some data for your log book homie, i am still in the back seat, wishing you the most success

Fuck Me Running, lets get this a going!!! Round Two Son!!~!!

This table is rocking Grape Ape from Dark Heart Nursery. These gals have have some remains of the Nuke Em dunk damage. Going to top em in a few days after they start a rooting through the medium...

Changed up the medium to some kind of recycled glass, dont want to retain so much water near the stem. Apparently its really popular right now...

Watering with Advanced Nutrient Sensi Grow A@B...
GrowStone, yea that's what I am using on my first grow.
So far... GREAT.
Holds water a long time and lets the roots breathe between drip feedings. It does float tho...
Love that it is "green" made from my old beer bottles.
I sure have contributed a few in my time ! ;-)

Grow stones?

Those things are kick ass but they do float lol :D

I want some blackhydros, too bad they don't reply to emails...

:good:

LyryC buy the larger ones...thats what I use and I havent had floating issues like with the smaller stones

Krunch Im glad to see you getting things back online...I was sad to see you run into problems...but enjoying the learning along the way...looking forward to whats to come

i'm runnin grow stones as well. i like em. still require rinsing just like those fuking clay pebbles though. think the dust is silica though, which aint bad. just think it might be hard on pumps.

what huge said^^^ . guano is very bad as well. love the growstones as well, the inch size ones thou like mojave green posted. so much more support then hydrton. the growstones also kill gnat larvae or other crawling insects naturally.

i will be building 4 tables within a month on my 2nd flower room. The fastest growth i have ever seen was top drip recirc 24/7.

oh they worked miracles, I would rather have coco than a big air pocket in the space though. The big ones definitely don't help with gnats, too many spaces between.

All that crap dust people wash off the stones and outa the bags is actually "gnatnix" that they sell. ITs pretty interesting how they collect waste and sell it.

As much as I liked the growstones, theres no point in adding to coco for better drainage/aeration... BUT it does MAGIC TO CLAY SOILS!

I turned a 6x12 space of pure grey water logged 2 feet down into some perfect loam! Growstones made a huge impact on that space, once I got everything mixed together.

indeed. Its like how Snyder makes pretzels. The ones that crack on the line get turned into the " pieces " that they sell. Seasoned the "Pieces " up an sell them separately.

i do like the growstones, if i had to set someone new up i would use the growstones.

Could you please elaborate on the no point with coco part. I picked up a bag of Growstones when they were out of perlite to add some aeration to my coco. They seemed to work as well as perlite. Just curious as to your experience.
